Have had mattress for about 2 months. So far I-love it but have concerns it may become to soft. The initial firmness was great but think I am feeling areas of less firmness in the typical torso areas of sleep. I will continue to use and hope it stays as is.

There is no question DreamCloud's hybrid mattress is very well crafted. I am an architect and in our profession we pay close attention to every step of process & detail of construction. These folks thought of everything. The compressed, rolled up mattress came in 2 navy blue bags, one draw-string outer meant to take the abuse of the transit. Sure enough, the plastic pocket on which the label is placed was half-ripped from the bag but no harm done. It's meant to protect what's inside. The inner zipper bag was clean, had sewed on handles & facilitated 2 persons to carry the very substantive mattress upstairs into the bedroom. Guess in case we want to return it, the inner bag will serve as the container. Now how you force out the air and fit in the bag would of course be a challenge but nothing like those that came in a cardboard box. The bags each rolled nicely into a small tube the size of a tennis ball tube. Very thoughtful design. The mattress unrolled easily, and started hissing even before we cut open the clear & totally clean plastic seal/wrap and quickly filled up to its designed normal dimensions. And there is barely any odor, that's an excellent sign that the materials used are not hazardous to your health due to off-gassing of VOC which is always a problem with foam products, though we did have all windows open to help dissipate any anticipated smell. That wasn't necessary at all. Bravo. Now, as for dream-cloud like comfort, the verdict is still out. We have ceased waking up stiff and tired, but it would be untrue to say we awake refreshed and totally relaxed, but then you can't blame the mattress for everything either. We'll give both the mattress and our bodies sometime to adjust and acclimate to the new relationship. Perhaps we need to look into pillows and how they may be adversely affecting our rest. My wife is 5' & < 100 lb, I am 5'8" & < 150 lb, and we both sleep in all kinds of position except face down, so perhaps the pillow top of the mattress isn't quite soft enough given our body build. I would really hate to go through the trouble of returning it, since it's such a well-made and handsome-looking mattress.

Can't give this any more stars. We purchased the bed on February 16, it is now mid April and still no bed. I understand a few days or weeks in a delay, but 2 months? Starting to question if this is how the business is ran, will the product be the same?

I bought the bed for the guest room, basically for when my 90 yo mom visits. The bed arrived really quickly and set up was oh so easy. The cover is Heaven, so soft and really well made. When I laid down on the bed to see how I liked it (I had serious doubt about buying a bed in a box and online) I wanted to put it in my room...sigh. Mom came to visit and she slept great and loved the bed. Not too hard, not too soft. At 90 she is under 100 lbs and frail so I was worried about it being too firm. When its time for a new bed for me, it WILL be a Dream Cloud. Bravo!

I like the bed, but not positive about it quite yet. I have relatives who have a Serta, with a pillow top build into the mattress, and I seem to sleep better there. But the dream cloud is better then my last bed. Also, it seems to be an unusually thick mattress. Makes the bed too tall.

I bought this bed 4 months ago and I wanted to write a review for it the next morning. But I decided to wait till I had it for the four months. The first night of sleep was fantastic but it takes more than one night. Now about 120 nights of sleep it is well worth the money. I was never the type of person that if I didn’t try it I didn’t buy it. This mattress is well worth the price and worth taking the chance to try it .

I have been through 7 mattresses in the past 4 years and they either hurt my neck back or hips or were entirely too hot. Most of them were major brands. I did my research and Dream Cloud seemed to be the best option, and I was not only satisfied but I find myself thinking about it throughout the day and can’t wait to go lay down and finally get some comfortable restful sleep! I cannot say enough good things about this mattress! Thank you Dream Cloud for giving me back restful sleep!

My husband and I recently purchased a king size bed from dreamcloud. We are so happy! This is our 3rd bed in the last 5 years. We tried a memory foam and then a sleep number. We both woke up sore every morning. Not anymore! The bed is so comfortable and both of our pain levels have improved drastically. We go to bed early every night and wake up rested for the first time in years. Don't hesitate. This is an excellent product. It was shipped quickly. Very high quality product.

We have only had our mattress for a couple of weeks now. The mattress is made well but it’s not as soft and plush as I thought from the description. I understand it will take some time for our bodies to adjust to the new mattress, so we will re-review in a few months.

This was a first time.buying a high end mattress and was really.hoping it would be a dream come true. First few nights took a bit getting used to and then turned in to my favorite place to be! Absolutely love this bed and what it has brought for my wife and I!
