I love my new mattress! I used to think certain hotels or my friend's guest bed mattress was what I needed in my life, but I was wrong. My Dreamcloud out-performs all of them! It's sooo comfortable. If you want a "cooling" experience that some mattresses advertise, you won't get that with the Dreamcloud, but I personally don't like to ever feel a cool sensation in bed (we have cold winters here). It's supportive without feeling too hard. You can see and feel immediately how well made it is. We financed our purchase, and that experience (with Affirm) has been just as wonderful as our mattress - they're very upfront, transparent, and helpful. I will absolutely buy my next mattress from this company and have already recommended Dreamcloud to several of my friends.

I tried it the dream cloud at a local sit n sleep. The wife and I loved it. Felt like a cloud. Loved it. I purchased it online. I've had it for 3 months now. Hoping it gets softer. So far it's way too firm. I sleep on my side and I wake up with bad shoulder pain. I want the display from sit n sleep.

We never thought that a bed shipped rolled up like Dreamcloud would be so comfortable but we were wrong - For the past week, both of us have had solid nights sleep and I didn't have the pains in my knees and lower back like I experienced with our old traditional mattress. Thanks again for a great nights sleep!

After reading review after review after review, finally took the plunge and ordered our DreamCloud. A king! Our old bed left me with sore shoulders and my back aching. Could partially be due to the box springs but we religiously flipped the mattress and have only had it a year until we said enough, we need something different! UnBagged our DreamCloud, let it open up and after a week or so, it was night and day difference compared to our previous 10 month old semi-firm pillow top spring mattress. There is a "new smell" to it which didnt bother me and went away pretty quick. The bed is super comfy, I'm 5'9 265 and I dont see any type of dip in the contoure of the bed and have not flipped it yet. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would put firmness at a 6.5-7...it could be alot firmer but i am.glad with what it is. For the price and me being a cheapskate, i am pleased with the quality and the comfort of the bed. Some reviews were saying it over hangs the edges or the edges could be a little firmer or reinforced, I have no issues with it. The bed looks amazing after airing out and filling out after opening. I recommend it to anyone who has a "Bed in a Box(or bag)" glad I took the plunge!

I was really looking forward to sleeping on a cloud. I’ve given it several months now. And it’s just too firm. Everything went super smooth. From ordering to delivery to set up. I’m very impressed with the company and the standards, but I’m going to have to take advantage of the warranty and try to find something else. This mattress is rated a 6.5 for firmness but there’s no way. It’s more like an 8. A solid 8. Maybe even a 9. Even with the pillow top. I’m really bummed. I researched for months before making this purchase. I’m thankful for the warranty!

We are sleeping better thanks to our new DreamCloud mattress! Once we got the bed we fall asleep quickly and both noticed not tossing or turning until morning. I give this product 4.5 stars only because of the chemical smell hasn’t dissipated after 3 days. Still very strong odor and were both concerned if this could have long term affects.

This has been probably the best mattress I have ever own so far. Just upgraded my bedroom set to king size and this mattress fits perfectly in with it. Very comfortable, very durable, zero back problems anymore. Only downside to it is I thought it would be a little softer to where you can sink in, but form stays true.

I was very nervous buying a bad through a Facebook ad! But after reading the reviews and with a warranty we decided to give it a try. It was nice and convenient having it delivered right to the house in a box that I could get upstairs. Normally with a king size bed we can’t get it through the corners of our house anymore. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping for years I’m only 39 years old and would count up to 16 times I would wake up at night. For the first time since I can remember I’m actually sleeping through the night on this mattress. I recommend it to everybody.

After only a couple of nights, my review is that this is a very comfortable mattress. It certainly seems to be a quality product, so I'll be anxious to see how it performs over a longer period of time.\n\nShipping time and notifications were somewhat problematic, but the mattress was delivered without any damage or quality issues.

I wish I could give this mattress a good review, but sadly I can’t wait to send it back. It is very uncomfortable. I have woken up with a sore back every night since purchasing. It doesn’t support my lower back since the buttons make large divots. My husband and I are average size people. 6’ 190lbs for him; 5’7” 145 for me. I’m counting on an easy and quick return since that’s what your company has promised in your ads.
