I had lain on a hybrid mattress in a mattress store and loved the feel of the extra support of the springs along with the memory foam comfort as this is what i was missing. I had switched to memory foam years ago due to arthritis in my hips which caused nearly no quality of sleep due to pain and switching from one side to the other. I had tried a couple of different memory foam mattresses and my last matress was from Lucid which was amazing in it's comfort level compared to other memory foam mattresses - yet it was missing the lower back support my body craved so this created another issue. After laying on a hybrid mattress i was sure that was what i needed. I did a lot of research on the internet and learned that the dream cloud mattress would be the closest 'affordable" (being the second most important factor for me next to comfort and quality of sleep) and also came with options for financing that i appreciated. However when i got the mattress it took some time to get used to the mattress due to the top being tufted and not as memory foam feeling as i would have liked. I have great support for my lower back but it has taken a couple of days to adjust to not having the soft memory foam to wrap around my hips as my last mattress did- All in all I think it is a good mattress but I have only had it for a couple of weeks at this point and am unsure of how it will stand up to the long haul of sleeping on a mattress. It was somewhat disapointing that the top of the mattress didn't feel like memory foam as I had anticipated based on the one i had lain on in the mattress store- I purchased a King, like my last mattress and paid about double the price- still much cheaper than any decent mattress you purchase in a store. If I am able and reminded to submit another review i will do so in a few months for a more accurate idea of my expereince on this mattress. I would definately reccommend this mattress to most people.

I preordered this bed and NEVER GOT TO EXPERIENCE IT!!! I was going through a divorce and moved. After moving in i had been in my new place WITHOUT A BED for almost 2 months. It kept getting postponed and postponed and postponed. STILL NO BED!!!!! I had to then pick something locally in order to function and still not happy. UUUGH! Will I EVER GET TO EXPERIENCE a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP????

I've been sleeping on my DreamCloud for one week and it has already improved my sleep tremendously. I used to have constant back pain throughout the day, and I have had none since switching. It's firm but so soft all at the same time. So glad I went with this mattress! I most likely will be purchasing the bedframe next.

The mattress is really firm. Like really firm. If that’s what you are looking for, you’ll love this mattress. For me, it leaves me feeling stiff and sore. They sent me a memory foam topper to try and help, but it hasn’t done much. This mattress leaves something to be desired, especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Mattress is beautiful but is too firm for me. I have been sleeping on it for 1-1/2 months. I would say it is more like an 8 in firmness. Will try it with the mattress protector/cover to see if that helps. Delivery and set up were easy! They give you a plastic cutter, but I didn’t notice it until after I got the plastic off. It would have made it even easier! It had a faint new smell but there was no overpowering smell from the mattress. Love the adjustable base! It was pretty easy to put together. Took about 1/2 hour with 2 people.

The mattress came within a week. We've been sleeping on the mattress over 3 weeks and it's been very good. It sits a bit lower than the old Sleep Number bed but very comfortable. I don't feel the movement when my husband is tossing and turning. We are both side sleepers and haven't had any pain or aches. I do recommend to let the mattress breathe for a day or so before sleeping on it to remove the odor.

I bought this mattress after comparison shopping. We live in the land of limited local shopping so buying a mattress online was a new experience. It was great right out of the package. When I first layed on the mattress I was worried it would be too firm for my tastes. However, by the next morning I was in love with the mattress. The combination of materials gave support while providing a no pressure point sleep rather than the resulting "achy joints in the morning" from our previous mattress. I hope this mattress continues to provide a great nights sleep for a long time.

In April, I purchased the Dream Cloud. I love the new mattress. I sleep better and my husbands back doesn’t hurt. I also purchased the platform frame. The frame is nice and lightweight, but we didn’t realize how high the bed would sit. We took off the legs on the frame and now it’s perfect height. This mattress was definitely a great purchase!

I'm a person who recently had a spinal fusion due to a broken back. This bed has been amazing, it's easy on my hips and back. I have yet to wake up in pain. Love this bed! Not to mention, I must be sleeping deeper as my husband hasn't been waking me up with his snoring. :astonished::thinking::shocked_face_with_exploding_head:

Can't give this any more stars. We purchased the bed on February 16, it is now mid April and still no bed. I understand a few days or weeks in a delay, but 2 months? Starting to question if this is how the business is ran, will the product be the same?
