In the advertisement they said it kept you cool, but this mattress is very hot !!

Our new mattress is everything that we've hoped for in a mattress

So far sleeping great on mattress. It's only been 5 days.

Beds okay but it's lumpy and heart I had to put a memory foam over the top now I can sleep on it

I slept on it for less than 3years and it is already sagging. Don't waste your money like I did..

Sagging mattress

Was comfortable for the first two weeks. Then it started to sag in the middle.

Bought this at Sam’s.  When letting mattress expand the zipper didn’t hold.   Dream cloud not responding.   Sam’s not honoring their warranty.  Said they would respond by email in 24-48 hours. Has been over 10 days and no response.   Spoke with 3 customer representatives.  The first one offered me $50 gift card to forget the zipper is broken. The 2nd customer representative said unless I ordered online it was my tough luck that I bought a faulty mattress.   The 3rd customer representative Kim said I would be getting email after he reached out to Dream Cloud.  Very disappointed with Sam’s club customer service.  Sam Walton would roll over in his grave ……

Zipper on mattress came apart

I am providing this review after 1 month. I replaced a 13 Year old Tempur-Pedic The Hybrid mattress is the way to go. It provides the stability required. The firmness is perfect. A solid feel. Not to hard and not to soft. The side edges are not the firmest, but they are ok. The DreamCloud states that it requires a solid mattress base and I have the mattress sitting atop a Tempur-Pedic solid base. Works great. I expected a getting use to period, but within a few days we have adjusted completely.
