DreamCloud Premier 13" Hybrid Mattress

I love my new mattress, it is taking my husband a little longer to adjust to this mattress. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I’ve had the bed for a little over a week and it still smells, I know you advertise littler to no smell but it’s pretty strong!!

Bed took 3 months to deliver and the platform frame I ordered is extremely flimsy. Would not recommend.

Late delivery - poor quality frame

The mattress is firm, but still conforms to your body. My sleep has definitely improved now that I have this mattress!

Great bed!

We are not liking this bed, far from sleeping on a cloud. It is so stiff, I toss and turn so much, I haven’t had a good nights sleep since we got it

Too Stiff!

The bed feels too soft. My wife really dislikes the bed. However we are going to give it a little more time before a final decision

Not very impressed

It’s only been one day but so far so good. The worst part was how long the delivery took. But so far its been worth the wait.

Awesome mattress

I went from a Nectar to an OkiOki to the DreamCloud. I love the DreamCloud. It’s softer top makes for a much nicer sleep.

Bought this at Sam’s.  When letting mattress expand the zipper didn’t hold.   Dream cloud not responding.   Sam’s not honoring their warranty.  Said they would respond by email in 24-48 hours. Has been over 10 days and no response.   Spoke with 3 customer representatives.  The first one offered me $50 gift card to forget the zipper is broken. The 2nd customer representative said unless I ordered online it was my tough luck that I bought a faulty mattress.   The 3rd customer representative Kim said I would be getting email after he reached out to Dream Cloud.  Very disappointed with Sam’s club customer service.  Sam Walton would roll over in his grave ……

Zipper on mattress came apart

I am providing this review after 1 month. I replaced a 13 Year old Tempur-Pedic The Hybrid mattress is the way to go. It provides the stability required. The firmness is perfect. A solid feel. Not to hard and not to soft. The side edges are not the firmest, but they are ok. The DreamCloud states that it requires a solid mattress base and I have the mattress sitting atop a Tempur-Pedic solid base. Works great. I expected a getting use to period, but within a few days we have adjusted completely.
