Best Canadian Bacon. I go out of my way to buy this brand. I hope Sam's continues to carry it because it's hard to find. (It's gone in and out of stock over the last few months at Sam's.)

Very tasty added to a breakfast sandwich. I used biscuit, poached egg and Canadian bacon. The Canadian bacon is better than sliced bacon; it lacks the fat. Also, my grandchildren think breakfast Canadian bacon sliders are special.

I've been buying the Members Mark Uncured Canadian Bacon for quite some time. 2 packs (24 oz) for 7.98 free of Nitrates/nitrites. I've been told Sams will no longer carry the superior Members Mark Canadian Bacon. It is a shame Sams is abandoning healthier options and favoring name brand products laden with preservatives.

We use the bacon on pizza, salads, breakfast items, breakfast cups. Great price and flavor.
