Morton Coarse Kosher Salt, 3 lbs.

I use this in all my recipes. I only have and use table salt for the grandkids.

I use it in everything!!!

I bought this to try for kimchi recipe. It turned out great.very good flavor and a big pack for a great price.

Great value

Diamond Crystal was the Kosher salt Sam's used to carry.  Unlike Diamond Crystal, Morton's is very salty and does not dissolve well. In fact for a given volume of salt, Morton's has about 1.5 times the sodium chloride by weight.  A number of online cooking classes  specifically warn against using Morton's Kosher salt, and recommend Diamond Crystal instead.

There's a million different salts out there, and I've tried them all (it seems) but I keep coming back to Mortons coarse kosher for the consistent taste and quality.
