I bought two of these for an event. They go up and down easily and work very well.

Instructions and parts are a bit off but great tent.... nonetheless.

This may be my mistake because I was expecting this to protect from rain as well as sun. Apparently that is not the case. The day after I set up my new canopy (which does a nice job creating shade) it rained and water was dripping through all the seams. I just wanted to make sure I posted this. If you are looking for shade this is a fine canopy but if you want any protection from rain this is not the canopy for you. Be sure to remove anything from underneath it that you want to stay dry. I personally am going to be looking for a different canopy for my needs. Hopefully this can be returned...
