I personally did not like the 28%23 as much as I love the 32%23 paper for coloring.

We use this paper to make workbooks. It does a great job of retaining the color and the thickness prevents pen marks from bleeding through to the other side. The price is the cheapest that you will find anywhere (online and in office supplies stores).

This is the price for ONE ream. The picture is inaccurate. To receive four reams as pictured, it's $68.

I used this paper for brochures. I printed 2 sided color brochures with an inkjet printer. This paper held up to it and didn't bleed through. The only thing I noticed was the paper did absorb the ink and the dry time was quite long.
