I purcased 4 new tires with warranty a few years back. I've had to replace 3 of them. The 1st time I needed service to my tires, 2 were replaced under warranty. I always purchase warranties on my tire purchases. Recently i needed service to my tire and I couldn't locate my receipt. I was charged full price for both the tire and warranty. The representation indicated they don't have records beyond 2 years. I reached out to corporate. They too couldn't locate the receipt (although customer service stated corporate would have the receipts). I paid over $800 for the four new tires with warranty. I feel like Sam's Club didn't property handle my situation. Im not asking for everything to be free; however, there should have been something done to rectify the fact that I did purchase the tires from them. Also, the tire shop didn't even replace the missing valve stems on the other three tires. Additionally, I had to wait over an hour with an appointment. Customer service is not what it used to be :(

I had 4 tires put on but got a call back a few hours later saying they were the wrong tires. I had cheaper tires on than I paid for. I came back and got the correct tires put on. Total time 1st was 1 1/2 hrs then 2nd time almost a hr. The techs were very apologetic

I received excellent customer service at this location. The tire technician took time to explain the different features of the tire I purchased. Once I got into my vehicle I could immediately tell the difference in the drive with the new tires. The ride was really smooth and easy going on the road. These tires are a good buy!

Loving the all-season characteristics. They've proven a very good winter capability in snow and wet-freezing road conditions. A little noisier than the OEM tires, but much better grip. I don't push this car very hard, it's a commuter cruiser. Can't speak for how it might work in the dry or on a track...

I got these to replace my cars OE tires and was amazed by the difference that new tires made in my vehicle. The first winter in my car I believed that it was my vehicle to blame in the terrible handling, but it was the poor tires that came on the vehicle from the factory. This is the same with driving in heavy rains, my car would hydroplane everytime without fail, until I got the tires! The ride is unbelieveable and it is silent.

Purchased tires at the Rte 1 location . The service was excellent and informative the coverage and rebates. They performed a check to see if I needed an alignment. I only put 1000 miles on the car during dry and rainy times and had no problems. The ride is quiet and comfortable

....so far. Only had these for a short time. Loved the Assurance fuel Max and comfort tread. Was curious about these, so I am trying a set of them.

So far I have about 5K on these tires with no difference from when i bought them. Good rain tire so far.

Tire quality, rideability, and price make this Tire a great deal. It is a long life Tire with the Goodyear name behind it.

Tires are still new but they handle great! Rides a little rough at high speeds but as long as they last 85,000 miles I'm good with it.
