Most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned!

Very comfortable, a little low to the ground but otherwise great purchase

Soft and comfortable. The only downside is the large size. We had to hire movers to bring it into the house. It is over 200 lbs in the box.

I'm on the fence. This was really comfortable at first, but now I'm seeing small tears in the fabric and it's nit as comfortable after 11 months. I can't find any information on the manufacturer's warranty. I have my receipt, but not the tag. Does anyone know who to reach out to about the warranty, or how long it's for?

I love everything about this chair. My only complaint is the usb port is a little difficult to get my cord in, but that's really not a big deal. I got this for reading. I've had it right under a year, and it's held up great with cats, kids, and guests.

Went with what the majority of positive reviews. Fast forward to today, and I have not been able to work the charger. It's been months and that thing still doesn't work. Plus the couch doesn't stay firm at all, it's annoying if anything. Would not recommend.

The lounger is extremely comfortable but, not durable at all. We bought this in July last year and by December it was ruined. It's definitely not machine washable as it states. All of the zippers broke on the pillows and the main lounge area. I wouldn't waste the money.

Horrible shipping. Multiple days past Projected arrival date, I had to reach out to Be told we never scheduled a drop off date. Asked when the company was going to reach out to schedule and was told it wasn’t their job. No review in the chair yet…haven’t seen it.
