This the second seat I have purchased and I could not be more pleased. There is nothing like getting up in the middle of the night and having the ability to sit on a seat that is so cozy. My household is so spoiled. If you have never experienced a heated seat, you don't know what you are missing.

If you haven't tried a heated toilet seat, stop what you're doing and find one! I admit it's not so great when it's 90-100 degrees outside (turn it off!), but otherwise, even in the 70-80's, it feels soooo good! The brondell variety is our second heated toilet seat. It is constructed much better than our first one, which broke where the wire connects to the seat. The brondell design avoids this vulnerability. The contour is also above average. I can't explain exactly why because there only seem to be so many possibilities, but it definitely feels nicer than your average toilet seat. It has three different heat settings. I've only tried the first two. (One for summer, two for fall, three for winter :-) The bowl is lit by a blue LED light. In the dead of night it's almost too bright, but it is a nice touch. Except for the cost, I am very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my heated illuminated toilet seat. Now I do not have to leave a night light on when I need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Using the toilet with a heated seat is so comfortable I sometimes stay a while longer and relax.

I read about this device so thought I would give it a looksie. After reading the reviews and Q and A, I decided to purchase notwithstanding the steep price for a toilet seat lid. It arrived and my 16 year old son installed it immediately. So, easy to install. We then immediately turned the heat on and it instantaneously warmed up and was sooooo nice. The light works fine too. It is a product that I already enjoy and know I will enjoy for the foreseeable future. I read the Q and A which states that can leave the heat on 24/7 and the light too but by doing so, the LED bulb's lifespan will be shortened. So, the only complaint or constructive criticism I can offer at this time, is that the light feature be triggered via motion perhaps - automatic turn on - and then a turn off 5 minutes later upon no further movement (something like that). Otherwise, I think I will be very happy with my purchase.

I have a bidet in the main washroom. I have become a little spoiled on the heated toilet seat. I was looking for something simple and to keep our tooshies warm in the half bathroom. It is drafty in there and that seat...BRRRRR! We live in Canada, our winters are very cold. I now own Brondell Heated Toilet Seat and my families tooshies will remain warm and comfortable. I highly recommend, simple to use, easy peasy set up.

We got the bidet in 2019, and it carried us through the pandemic. Then it started to make beeping noises and then quit working. Since we liked the warm seat part the best, we got the Luma. So far, so good. I hope with no moving parts, it will last longer.

Wished I would have bought one earlier as it is so nice to have a warm seat! My wife loves it and it was simple to install. Would definitely buy this product again and if you need a heated toilet seat, this is the one to get. Also love the night light.

We were first introduced to LumaWarm when we stayed at a VRBO cabin in West Jefferson, NC. What a fantastic invention! I never knew I needed a heated toilet seat until I sat on one! A year after our first visit to that cabin, we bought 2 LumaWarm seats and are thrilled with them. The weather is bitterly cold this weekend and one of my daughters came to visit and said she’s now sold on LumaWarm and will get one when she has a house!

Nice heat & light for the toilet seat but the plastic pieces that mount on the toilet keep breaking. . . can I please have more replacement plastic mount pieces? They broke right after we installed them and again now. The screws are metal and fine. . . Thx, Tom
