9TH Set of LTX Michelin tires!

Just purchased my 9th set of LTX M/S that should tell you if I like them! Since 1976 I have been driving on Michelin tires. The LTX has been on all my trucks usually replacing the OEM tires. I find these tires usually outlast whatever treadlife warranty they advertise. They make a difference over whatever the factory puts on a new vehicle sometimes a big difference! Had them on GM and Toyota trucks and they just plain work and last a long time. Great traction in snow, great ride and the noise level is lower than other brands. Never had a tire failure in all these years, a few punctures and one a piece of steel did in a side wall of one of them even it was a controllable failure, not the tires fault! When this set wears out I will buy set number 10! See you in about 80000 miles +/- or so.

I replaced the stock ...

I replaced the stock tires on my 2006 Denali with LTX MS2 this summer. We tow a cargo trailer and this tire is amazing. Very little road noise, tremendous road feedback and handling..mpg increased as well. I would without hesitation recommend that everyone replace their tires with this one!!

Great Tire So Far

Switched to this tire for a '03 Yukon Denalli XL; had 2 sets of another passenger-style tire and the OEM tire for the first 110,000 miles. Have less than 2,000 miles experience so far. Ride is not quite as comfortable, but is not that bad considering that it IS a truck, and I am carrying 38 lbs. in them which is 4 more than the old tires. I think that passenger tires are OK for this vehicle if it is used only for a grocery/6 kid hauler, but not for towing, heavy hauling, or off-pavement driving. Road noise is quiet, even with the deeper tread. The side sway is noticeably less than with passenger tires. Traction in light rain is a non-issue; it's like dry pavement. Have to wait to find out about heavy rain, snow or ice, but the ratings say that this tire ranks at the top. These tires don't squeel at extra low speeds and tight turns in parking lots, either (quite embarrasing with old tires as everyone looks to see who is "racing" thru the parking lot). Trailer towing is much more stable. So far, I am well pleased, even though I had to pay 1/3 more for them than the previous make passenger-style tires. Wish I had done it the last time I bought tires.

Best truck tires I've ever owned!

I replaced my stock '07 F150 STX tires with a set of Michelin LTX M/S2 tires. There were slightly cheaper options available, but for a little more, I got the great warranty and reputation that comes with Michelin tires. It's been nearly 20k miles and two rotations since my replacement, and the ride is still as smooth as day one with no signs of tread wear. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Nothing like a Michelin

I put these tires on my Tahoe this past good Friday (2013) and so far they are wonderful. I've owned Michelin in the past and have put other brands on my vehicles but nothing compares. The ride was noticeably better even driving through the parking lot of the business where I purchased the tires. My experience is satisfied the more I drive. I would and do recommend Michelin Tires to all my friends/family.

The Best Light Truck Tire Available

Quiet and smooth with improved gas mileage. Not something you would normally expect from a small truck tire. I have seen an increase in gas mileage as well as reduced road noise. I noticed the difference in comfort before I even left the lot. I was not surprised because I always buy Michelin. I couldn't wait for the tires that came on my truck to wear out so I could justify replacing them with the Michelin LTX MS-2. To top it all off, they are warranted for 70,000 miles. It's a no-brainer. There isn't a better small truck tire made today.

Michelin Tires are the Best!!

Whenever I can afford, or need, to get the best tires. I've always purchased Michelin. They last FOR EVER!! And they give you the best ride and traction you ever need. I have NEVER been disappointed with a Michelin tire. One time I had a blow out on one of my tires. Michelin made it right. I think that Michelins are the Best tires you can get for your money.

Phenomenal Tires

Changed out stock tires with these Michelin tires. What a difference. We have had a lot of rain and flooding this summer. Not once did I feel the traction separate from the roadway. Very secure. I also tow a travel trailer and a boat with my truck. Again, night and day difference from the stick tire. I have tried many different brands. But always come back to Michelin. Best tire on the market. And I feel I get the most for the money. These tires are tried and true. They do not disappoint.

Recommend these tires to everyone!

Bought these tires for my wife's 4-Runner and my F-150 and WOW! What great traction in snow and rain and what a GREAT ride! Told my sister about them and she bought some for her Hyundai SUV and she said well worth the money. She drives high mileage and always buys cheap tires and could not believe how much money she saved on gas with these tires and how long they last to cheaper tires she purchased in the past. Got my son to by some for his Mazda 6 and he said last tires he will ever have to buy these tires will last for ever. Thanks Michelin for making such a great tire for our family!

An AMAZING tire for treadwear and the rest

OUTSTANDING tire by Michelin. I just turned over 97,000 miles (75% highway & 25% city combined driving) on my current Michelin LTX M/S2 tires. About to hit the perpendicular treadwear low indicator for replacement. As such, I probably won't pass vehicle inspection due in July 2015, so I'm planning ahead for a new purchase of the same tire. An excellent tire with very low noise as compared to other brands with same specifications (temperature, traction, treadwear). A superior product! Great work Michelin!!
