I read a review about this tire before I bought these for my wife's 2001 Explorer. The review was right on the money. It's been 2 1/2 years since I had them put on, and they still look new. I was putting on tires every 2 years before. Thank you MICHELIN LTX M/S2

I purchased these tires to replace another set of Michelin tires that I got over 45,000 miles from, which I thought was very good on a pickup. Presently I have 18000 miles on the new set and the tread is about 50% gone, I have 8/32 left out of 13.5 when new. It does not appear I will come even close to the advertised 70,000 miles. If I understand the warranty correctly I cannot look to resolve the issue untill I am down to the wear bars. These tires have been rotated and inflated as recommended and the wear pattern is the same on all tires. After such good service from the previous set of tires I expected better from these. To comply with the warranty should I pursue an adjustment now or wait untill the tires are worn out???

I drive a 2003 GMC Sierra LTX pickup, and I live in Canada's Yukon Territory. There there are a lot of unpaved roads up here, plus constant summer road construction. When the tires that came with my truck needed to be replaced (which seemed awfully soon for 'new' tires) I asked my local garage about replacements. They drive the same vehicle I do, and I noticed Michelin LTX on their trucks. They recommended the same for mine. I've been using nothing else since. I can honestly say I have not had a flat tire in 8 and a half years, since I started using Michelin LTX's - no small feat when you consider I only drive on "asphalt" when I'm visiting the big cities (once every 2 months or so). I'm averaging 78,000 kms between sets of tires and I will ALWAYS buy the LTX's for my truck as long as live up here in the north.

I have purchased Michelin Tires for my vehicles for the past 20 years. When I got married a year ago I purchased Michelin Tires for my wife's Jeep. The reason that I have used Michelin's is for a number of reasons. They are in my mind the safest, quietest, most reliable tires on the market. The tread wear is unbelievable. The past two sets I have had on my trucks have gone way past the listed warranty period and still have tread life left. The ride they have provided has been comfortable, quiet and the handling in all types of weather is fantastic. My wife loves her Michelin tires. The ride they have provided is wonderful and we both love to drive her Jeep just because of those tires. Plus on both of our vehicles those tires look great. On many occassions when it comes to guys talking about our vehicles it always comes down to what tires you have on your vehicle. I don't hesitate in responding to those wonderful Michelin's. I have just purchased my second set of Michelin tires for my 1995 GMC Sierra 1500. I got 103,000 miles and 4 years on my first set. Keep your pressure checked and I recommend you rotated them every 3,000 miles as I did and you might get the same mileage as I did. After seeing the life I got out of my first set I will always spend the extra money and never buy cheap tires again. I could go on and on bragging about them but the proof is in the pudding!

After putting on 4k miles on this new tire, I can see why the last set of tires lasted over 100k miles. Simply put, it's a very quiet long wearing tire as well as verstile. I've taken the vehicle on ski trips, boy scout outings in the hills of Terlingua Texas, family vacations to the beach and lastly, moving a college freshman 350 miles away. The tires offer driving confidence at a very favorable price point. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about a quality replacement.

I bought these tires last year and have put 20k miles on them in my 2010 Nissan Armada.. They are showing very little wear on tread and drive through puddles of water like its nothing.. Very comfortable riding also(a lot better than the originals). Not sure about gas mileage bc my vehicle is not made for fuel economy.. I have a family of 7 and feel very safe in all weather conditions that I have encountered and put these tires through! The tires look great too! I highly recommend the LTX MS2s! Great tires

This is the third set of tires I have had on my Chevy K1500 since I bought it in 1995. These are by far the quietest, smoothest running tires I've had. Traction is noticeably better. I am very glad I paid for the best and am looking forward to the long milage they are rated for.

Have been buying Michelin tires for my autos, trucks & motorhome since 1974. Never a quality or wear problem and always pleased with the long wear of the tires. When someone says "those tires cost a lot" I reply "my family is worth much more than what great tires cost"
