All tires are pretty good and handling wet road conditions the first year but the LTX M/S (2) stay that way year after year. They are great in snow and evey handle off road conditions very well. On top of that they offer a comfortable and quiet ride down the road. They are the best out there.

I bought my Michelins three years ago (the M/S) for my 2003 Ford Excursion and have put over 50,000 miles on them. They still run great, are quiet and tons of tread left. When I was relocated in Alaska, my trip from Louisiana was going to be a long one, especially towing a 30 foot, 16,000 pound enclosed trailer. I knew I needed new tires for my F250. Going through the mountains, plains and downhill, these tires performed flawlessly. Especially one morning coming down a mountain and a deer stepped out in front of us, the stopping power was incredible and we made it to our new home without any problem. I would highly recommend these tires, either the M/S or the M/S2 over any other. They have great tread life and are very quiet. You will not be disappointed.

I just bought these for my 2005 ford Ranger pickup before going on a 600 mile business road trip, and I immediately noticed a smoother ride and less road noise. And i may be imagining things, but I'd swear I'm getting better fuel economy! My previous tires were also Michelins (different model) and did well (I got over 80,000 miles out of them) but these seem even better (maybe just the fact they are new). Anyway, so far so good. I guess time will tell. I know this much; If you rotate your tires every 4 to 6 thousand miles, these tires will last a very long time.

I have used Michelin tires for many years on several different vehicles. The mileage on these tires is exceptional as is the handling qualities. Using them on an F-150 for a construction business and just replaced a set which gave me 86,000 miles and I believe they provide better fuel economy. I would NOT have any other tire on any of my vehicles!

We have four vehicles in my family. Three of those vehicles ride on Michelin tires. The fourth vehicle came with a different brand of tire and when they are replaced they will be replaced with Michelin tires. I have owned other brands of tires in the past and I have come to the conclusion that Michelin tires out perform and last longer! Thanks for a great product. I'm a Michelin Man for life!!

I drive on these tires daily & have for years .... they are the best driving,riding & long lasting tires I've ever had.... They may be a few $$$ more but if you keep them rotated properly ... you will get years of great use .... #michelintiresforever

I bought these tires about two years ago for my F-150 so I could pull my 33' camper and they work great. I would not change a thing about them' I liked them so much that I bought a set of Latitude Tours for my car because of the low road noise, as long as Michelin keeps making such great tires there will be no reason to buy anything else. Shopped around and decided to spend a few extra $$$ for these tires. Have been very happy I did. After 8 months, the tires appear to be new and are wearing great. There is very little road noise and my Tundra handles like new. I only drive on the highway and around town, so I can't comment on their off road performance. But they are great for the type of driving I do. Buy these tires if you're on the hunt for new ones. You'll be glad you did!

I bought these tires as a replacement for my Xterra 4x4. Was looking for a long life tire, good in the snow, excellent in the rain, and quite. I drive a significant amount of highway miles a year >20k, and do road trips for vacations in the winter to climates that need tread. I am at 45k into the 70k mile rating, still holding strong, still quite, still doing their job like I need them to. Rain and snow have plenty of bite, and the occossional lite off roading hold up as well. Will most certainly go back with these or the comparable michelin product at that time. ....waiting for the other new car's tires to wear out so i can get the defenders on there.

I have a set of 265/70/16 LTX M/S 2"s on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. I've had them for about 25,000 miles now and they are still well over 50% tread left. I've been most impressed with the ride smoothness and wet and dry traction of this tire. It's a huge improvement over the factory tires on this vehicle. The only complaint I have(and its really not a fault of the tire) is that it doesn't seem to handle as well as I would like. However, you have to keep in mind that I am an aggressive driver and this is an suv with tall tires on it and most of my previous vehicles were more sport oriented. That being said, I believe the handling is as good as any other suv tire out there. My experience with this tire in snow and off road hhas been limited but it exceeded my expectations in both categories. Iwould no doubt recommend this tire to anyone wanting a high quality tire for their suv.
