Sam’s has the best meat! We buy pretty much all our meat from Sam’s. I love being able to get flank steak by the case as it’s a good 40% less than trimmed meat from the meat display. You do have to trim it up, but it’s still cost-effective to buy this way if you have the freezer space. You get several cryovac bags in each case with 3-4 flanks in each bag, so it’s a lot of meat when you get it home. I do an afternoon of unpacking, trimming, wrapping in freezer paper, and then freezing and then I’m set for months with flank steak. We buy sirloin and top round this way as well. Big ticket item when you buy it but budget friendly over the long haul.
