Not only is there less chocolate than before but it settles.... The first two bowls even after shaking it up one small piece of chocolate... And it doesn't taste chocolatey somehow.... So now I will carve up a Hershey bar and add it to my bran flakes

I've been buying this cereal for a long time, which is why this was so disappointing. When I opened the box, the bag was barely half full. It honestly feels misleading to customers who are paying full price expecting a properly filled product. I understand packaging requires some air, but this was excessive and unacceptable. Situations like this make customers lose trust in the brand. I hope Kellogg's takes this seriously and improves their quality control.

Misleading packaging and disappointing experience

This is GOOD cereal I just wish the flakes stayed harder like Chex Mix. The chocolate in the cereal stays plenty hard but if you have a big breakfast and leave your cereal alone after a while the flakes become soggy and unappetizing.  That's my only complaint. Otherwise this is a GREAT cereal!!  It's good for you and it is good for dieting!!  Thanks Kellogg's and Walmart!!
