I have been eating special k for years. I even lost 30 lbs in 5 months for a wedding. My special k diet with cereal, snack bars, etc. And always happy with results.

I love the little chocolate bits. I sometimes mix Chocolatey Delight with Red Berries. Makes a nice combo.

I'm not a person that checks ingredients. dr told me I need to add fiber to my diet. He suggested the powder that you add to your drinks. It didn't taste good so I wanted to try other ways. I like Cal raisin bran, but I figured I'd try something. A little more healthy so special K chocolatey delight was my choice. It tasted better than I totally expected. I even suggested it to my husband for him to try. we both enjoy it. Thank you for making nutritional product that actually taste really good.
