We bought this mattress in full size for our son with the base in October of 2022. It was a little firm at first but adjusted nicely to him with in the first few weeks. Two years later it's still a great mattress with no sagging or any wear showing for that matter.

Love it. I was nervous because the last bed i ordered online was bad but this bed is Amazing. Soft and comfortable. Hopefully after a few months it'll still feel the same and i won't have to remove by stars

I bought this for our lake home with minimal expectation. Wow...was I so overwhelmed! The quality of this mattress is great and the comfort level was perfect...a medium soft yet great support. It such a great value. Also the shipping experience was bar none...alerting me at all times of progress and scheduled delivery was exact. the delivery personnel were very mannerly and considerate. I would definitely buy this mattress again.

This Queen size mattress is super small. It barely sleeps 1 person comfortably. Yet The price is good and the mattress is 5 star. If it's for 2 people, get a king size mattress.

Received March 2024. I was so excited to get a new King mattress set. Immediately realized it was too firm for me. Though it was a medium soft pillowtop. It is not. I'm so disappointed. I slept on it two nights, waking up in extreme back & hip pain. I had to use my queen Serta 4inch memory foam pillowtop mattress topper to make it softer. Now I need to buy the topper in king size. I wanted to sing the praises of this mattress but instead I cried.

I bought the Serta Kerrington 2.0 King Mattress and Queen Matttres. I believe it had been replaced by the Serta Elizzbet I bought the Serta Kerrington 2.O Mattress in both King and Queen September 2021, I believe the Kerrington was replaced with the Serta Elizabethtown. Do not waste your money on any Serta Mattress sold at Sams. I Should have gone to a mattress store and purchased. I read the reviews online and seemed to be a good mattress so I purchased. The mattress sags wherever you tend to sleep and it dies not bounce back. My mattress not only sags but had lumps worst mattress ever. We have had these mattress sets for a year and 2 months and Sadly this was a waste of money. I can't afford to go buy another mattress until next year but I guarantee I will never buy another Mattress sight unseen.

Shipment and delivery service was wonderful. However, the actual product is not. The mattress has a very firm edging. So firm that when you lay on the mattress, the center sags. I adore my husband but involuntarily rolling to meet him in the center of the bed during the night is not romantic. And trying to sleep at an angle left me feeling like I was stuck on a bad sea cruise with one side of the ship going down. The sagging is seriously that prominent and caused a bad night for sleep. I would also caution anyone with mobility or back issues. Because the edge is higher, it creates a ridge. We had to build up momentum to sit up. I felt like a walrus trying to do a sit up. Our last two mattresses were Serta and were great, this one though does not deserve the Serta name.

Terrible mattress. The edge is firm, but once you slide a bit to the middle you sink. I woke up with back pain and leg pain, my wife is very unhappy. We just hope we are able to return it. We have an inflatable mattress that we are using. I just wonder if these products are tested before they are sold. As a Sams Club member I rely of their judgement to refer products. two stars because the price is unbeatable, customer service, shipping outstanding and maybe the ability to return it

We brought this bed a year ago and the coils are already poking us. The bed started off good but now lost quality Started to unthread on the edges

Just delivered on Wednesday. It smells like some automotive garage and is beyond firm. I can't sleep another minute on it. Can I return it?
