Unfair this is unrefundable

I accidentally ordered this service thinking it was for the actual play house, now I am out this money for my granddaughters birthday gift. Why is this service not refundable? I don't understand.

WARNING DO NOT BUY

This is a scam. It is not the actual playhouse
