Sidewall Failures.

BFG 275/65 R18 Load Range E DOT AT21. All 4 of my 2021 purchased tires have sidewall splits. The treads are very serviceable. Something has changed at BFG buyer BEWARE.

Great tire

Very good tires all weather I pull snowmobile trailers and a camper and have over 90000 miles on them and they will most likely make it to over 100000!

Rugged and quite

Excellent tires. My third set. These are AT KO 2. Thy made a tread design that is slightly altered from the original which is quite nice. For an all terrain tire or even most passenger type tires they are very quiet.

Lasts a long time

I bought a used Hummer with used KOA2s over three years and my mechanic has told me I have about one to two years left for over three years now. Rotate and align tires often.

Manufacture Defect: Tire Shredded within 4 Months of Purchase

May 13, 2024, is the date I purchased these tires. Less than 4 months later, one of the tires spontaneously shredded while we were driving. There was no road hazard that caused this. Had it not been for a kind soul who saw the family walking along the highway and offered not just a ride but help changing out the tire, it would have been a much harder day. I will think twice before purchasing another BF Goodrich product, and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Good all around tires.

I bought the tires bc I have had several sets of them and have never had a issue with them, however this set of tires was sub par Because I had a blow out driving down the interstate next to a 18 wheeler and it put me in the guard rail. But luckily I was not injured all so Afterwards I had the truck realigned and the driver front tire was worn on the inside

Just got them, but already love them

Definitely haven't driven it enough yet, or long trip to really get in depth, but so far, they are great! The appearance is way better than the stock tires that finally wore out and the ride so far has been very good. I anticipate the tires with a much knobbier gripping texture will be hugely beneficial in rain and snow.

Strong and dependable but functionally worn out at 30k miles.

Very tough in Colorado and Utah off-road conditions in our AWD Transit van built out for off-roading. Not rock crawling. They were functionally worn out at 30k miles, 4/32". Not enough for the warranty but CO requires 6/32" for snow and we need that for the overlanding conditions we encounter.

Poor tread life

Purchased these tires as a replacement for the Toyo AT2's I have always run, during the shortage of the Toyo tires in 2001. Overall pretty decent performance out of the KO2's. Unlike the Toyo AT, the KO2's feel loose and spin on wet surfaces, especially curves and hills. Performance on snow has been marginal ant best. Otherwise offer a good ride and are quiet at speed. Main complaint is tread wear offering a short service life at a premium price. I am at approximately 19,000 miles and the tires are worn down to about 1/3 tread remaining. Traction is progressively poor and will certainly have to be replaced soon. Seems these tires do not handle the power and weight of a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel very well long term. Might be fine on a light duty vehicle.
