This couch is comfy and stylish. Was excited to find it for the price but I guess I should have known. Within a week the fabric was pilling. Soon after the cushions got loose and it looks like we've had it for a decade not 6 months. I'll get a cover for it but don't think I should have to already. If I could go back I'd spend more for a better quality couch.

I bought this couch about 2 years ago to replace the Lazy Boy that had seen 13 years of abuse by kids. I've been a little dissapointed in the quality but considering it's priced well below the higher end brands, I guess it's to be expected. Here are the pros and cons in my opinion: Pros: price, length - it's long enough for even tall people, attractive - it looks like a higher end sofa, stains are relatively easy to remove. Cons: It pills very badly. I didn't even know what pilling was until I looked it up but it's when little fabric balls form on the cushions. I ordered a pet hair removal tool that is pretty effective at removing these. Also, the cushions slide off the couch terribly and you constantly have to adjust them, and the back cushions don't stay in place very well either. The sections of the couch are held together by big rubber bands that you wrap around the feet of the sofa but the pieces can still slide apart somewhat. Would be nice if there was a more solid way to connect the sections...like metal brackets or something. Overall it's a decent buy - just don't expect it to be high-end quality at this price.

The best sofa very comfortable, nice, easy to put, looks amazing, solid Does not move on tile flooring as legs have rubber tips plus couch is heavy weight which is a huge plus. Storage space in Ottoman is wonderful with very sturdy shocks to keep lid open

If you're thinking about getting this couch, just do it!! I spent weeks researching affordable cloud couches and everything was $5k plus! This couch is deep and so comfy!! I bought the two sideless chairs to add to the size and it's perfect! The hubs spilled red wine (of course) the first day we had them and I was amazed at how it didn't absorb. It literally wiped right off. Perfect for kids, dogs and spills. Sure the cushions don't stay in place but for the price, I'm not complaining. It's exactly what I was looking for!

Was so happy to see this in my local store! Love this couch! Plan on buying a 2nd and use as a love seat! Very comfy, and so soft!

We bought these for our playroom- I had read reviews about the fabric piling but really didn't care because they aren't that expensive for sectionals and it's for our playroom so they are going to be beat to heck and back. Honestly buying two was a good call (we have a really large play room space) but it's enough to seat a whole host of adults plus kids for movie nights. And the linen color is more of a light tan.

I missed buying this sectional and would love to know when the gray will be available again? Thanks!
