Stay Away !!

I did not get any call and had to reach out to Sams club asking for refund. Then Angi setup a date for installation. The phone number they have does not work and I did not get any call to ask about the details like roof height etc as mentioned. Finally the "pro" came out and it was evident that they had very little or no experience. They did not have a ladder big enough to reach a 2 story house. I provided brackets and screws to secure the lights, and they were only used for half of the length. Rest of them were sticked using 3m stickers. Now I have to watch them carefully or hire someone else to remove and re-secure using the brackets. Sams club does not stand behind what they sell. I reached out multiple times and they just disconnect my chat or phone. What a total waste of time and money. Also, the installation person mentioned that Angi keeps half of the amount and he gets only the other half. May be that is why he was in a rush to get the job done and did not care .I would not even recommend this service to my enemy.

Worse service ever

Don't use this service. The worker came without the right ladder for my roof and told me I'd have to pay for him to rent one. Angi never asked about my house’s height when booking. Also, I paid for a 300-foot light installation, but the worker said Angi only scheduled him for four hours—nowhere near enough time to finish. He showed up late, spent half an hour looking at the lights and house, and said it’d take another half hour to get a ladder. I ended up sending him away, and now I’m stuck trying to get my money back.

AWFUL service

DO NOT PURCHASE. after 7 days I received an email that they were coming to install on Tuesday 11/5/24, since it was when I was work, I rescheduled if for 11/2, on 11/2/2024 without notice the installation was changed to 11/3, on 11/3/24 it was rescheduled with out notice to 11/7. There was no weather reason, it appears the "pro's" can change the date without asking you, at this rate, I am so frustrated I cancelled it.

Terrible

Terrible communication and execution. Had to hire someone else paid over$500 for angi and then someone to do it again.
