On my Porsche 2003 c4s   I purchased 4 ea  Pilot Sport 4s  and the 
car runs & tracks beautiful  also eliminated a lot of the Road noise I 
had from Previous "FALCON" tires

I have had to buy 3 of these tires during the first year of ownership of my brand new car. They are expensive and nails, pot holes, bumps, etc, pop them very easy and they wear pretty quick from normal driving. I don't go to the track.

Beware.

Switched from Michelin Primacy to the 4s and the ride quality and handling improvement was a nice upgrade.  I live in a fairly warm climate with good road surfaces.

Wonderful ride

Had these tires for 20k miles. At about 15k, both front tires had large sections of tread torn off. Good track while they last, but catastrophic failures. Would not let me review tires bought in 2022 - even this this is a part time driven car.

Completely shredded - Not worth the price, even unsafe

Like all Michelin tires that I have purchased, they meet expectations. Sport Pilot AT 4S Installed on my 2012 Honda Accord they are quiet and drive true.  On the Honda I don't require the performance I demand from Sport Pilots Michelins on Carrara.

Meeting Expecttions

I had one set of tires and they got excessive inner shoulder wear, alignment was checked 3 times and was spot on. Tire is very sensitive to tire pressure and needs to be over inflated to prevent excessive wear. I got fed up and purchased set of Pilot Sport 5  which i had delivered from Europe. This is much better tire but quality control is lacking. One has excessive road force which can be felt   between 62-75 mph, BTW PS4S is made in USA. Looks loke will be switching to other brand but finding good size in sizes I need is impossible

quality sucks

I put a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires on my F-150, and they completely changed the truck.

The grip is insane. From a dig or a roll, power actually sticks instead of spinning. Cornering feels sharp and planted, almost like a sports car, and the floaty truck feel is gone.

Ride quality is still smooth, road noise is low, and braking is noticeably stronger. For a street truck build, this is one of the best upgrades you can make.

10/10 — highly recommend.
