I've had a few elderberry supplements and some have seeds, some have a weird flavor (elderberries are really delicious to be fair). This one tastes almost grape. It is very sweet, but I imagine it has to be to offset the berries.

It has a smooth taste profile that tastes like liquid berries. The bottle lasts for a while too. Definitely recommend it for people to try and see if it works for you.

Tastes great so it's super easy to take my 2 teaspoons every other morning. I read that it can cause stomach upset if you take it too often so that's why I've chosen to take it every other day.

It's come in handy with the cold/flu season this year. The taste good, with only a slight aftertaste.. When I began feeling under the weather, I started using this product. I felt better after a couple of days and the symptoms never progressed into anything else other than some minor sneezing and stuffiness. I will use this in the future.

It is sweet at first then when it reaches the throat it's bitter then it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. I do like that it is vegan and it does not contain artificial flavors, gluten, peanuts or dairy. Good for immune support. I must add that it was extremely hard to remove the inner safety seal. I had to puncture a hole in it to remove part of it. Overall it's an okay supplement.

I think I prefer a gummy form bur it's not bad. I've only been using it a couple of weeks and so far I've been clear of sinus trouble and colds.
