I think I prefer a gummy form bur it's not bad. I've only been using it a couple of weeks and so far I've been clear of sinus trouble and colds.

I was not feeling well and didn't have time to get sick. I started taking this and my headache pretty much went away. I still don't feel 100% but feel well enough to go about day like normal. I will continue to by this and use as a daily preventative and get the kids version for my 4 year old as well.

The syrup is very sweet but the taste is not unpleasant. Even my kids say it's too sweet for them. Overall, good product just too sweet.

Surprisingly this syrup did not have a yucky after taste. Another plus is that its kosher and gluten free.
