Nature's Way Traditional Immune Syrup is the best quality Elderberry Extract that I have experienced thus far. I received my complimentary bottle right at the height of flu, cold and COVID season. I will not make incredulous claims about this be ing a miracle elixir but I will say that I have remained healthy despite being exposed. A couple teaspoons a day has served me well.

I forgot to buy some a few weeks back and with the temperatures dropping and viruses becoming more prevalent I should have. I did get sick for a few days, but thats because im exposed to a lot of people on daily basis, so chances to get sick are high. I finally got some and feel so much better. Hopefully wont get sick anymore. Its really sweet, so after I have the recommended dosage I drink some water. I always have mine at night, before bedtime.
