This syrup from Natures Way has a great taste (more on the sweet side), and goes down easy. There's a good bit of Vitamin C in it. I've taken it daily as a preventative measure to try it out, but I think this would be best to take when you feel a cold coming on. It has been my go to every time my children are coming down with something or it is flu season and they need a little immune boost. We have not been as sick as we have in the past or it is short lived if we do come down with something. This is a must have in my medicine cabinet!

Nature's Way Traditional Immune Syrup is the best quality Elderberry Extract that I have experienced thus far. I received my complimentary bottle right at the height of flu, cold and COVID season. I will not make incredulous claims about this be ing a miracle elixir but I will say that I have remained healthy despite being exposed. A couple teaspoons a day has served me well.
