Original tires were purchased January 2017. Beginning in Nov/Dec 2017 through Feb 2018, I experienced 10 separate puncture incidents resulting in having to repair and/or replace tires, including recently replaced tires! A total of five tires were replaced under vendor's road hazard warranty. The final visit and replacement (2/10/18) found limestone gravel inside the tire. The vendor cancelled any future replacement due to excessive use of warranty. I do not take this vehicle "off-road" but rural gravel roads & driveways are normal. These tires are not durable.

I think the product is exceptional, but more than that is the staff at the location which has been expertly trained by the manager (sorry can't mention his name) They are very concise on finding the right tire for you. Also, they were very good with giving me cost and time estimates. You can find a tire anywhere, but finding the staff to put that tire on your car is a rare find.

Very satisfied with service with my set of tires. Looking forward to the rotate and balance service.

I would buy again as of now. The traction on wet roads is very good I have not tried them on snow as of yet. The ride is very comfortable but the noise is louder than my last set of tires.

No complaints on this so far, this was purchased for my CUV to replace the stock Khumo's that came with the car. I live in the desert so I can't comment on winter traction but for daily driving it has been good.

I am not sure how they handle in the winter, due to the fact we have not had any winter conditions this year. They do handle well in the wet weather. I have not noticed any sliding on the wet surface or hydroplaning at regular speed limits.

The front desk guy was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the correct tires. I'm very happy with the tires he suggested and will be going back when needed.

These tires have excellent traction in wet and dry conditions. The ride quality is decent and quiet with a little to no road noise. The tires handles bumps in the road as well. So far the tire is excellent.

just what I needed and they are very similar to the original one that came on the SUV that are no longer available I'v had this brand before and they are great performing tires.

I ordered and paid for my tires online, the app was female friendly. The app directed me to Conrad's, a local service station near my home. Called Conrad's, made an appointment.. Contact at Conrad's was brief, they had all my info.
