Fantastic product, a little orucey but so worth it. It really does prevent spills.

New slider lid leaks. Not recommended.

We bought these believing they were the same as the previous Dixie Slider lids that Sam's carried. They are NOT. At first we thought they were new and improved. They may be new, but they are not improved. These lids leak. We actually returned them, which Sam's does make the return process VERY easy, and it is extremely rare that we return anything. Very sad! If Sam's brings back the previous slider lid from Dixie, we would ABSOLUTELY buy them again. But for now, we did find the "old" version of the slider lid elsewhere online (albeit MUCH more expensive.)

Quality control issues cause difficulty

Poor quality control. Several lids in each sleeve are missing the "slider". In some cases there are loose sliders in the sleeve; in others there is no loose slider (just lid without slider). The previous designe was much easier to drink from without 'dribbling' the newer version opening is too deep and too wide - almost as if they did not test on humans. Also, a significant number of lids do not have (adequate) pinhole vent allowing for air to displace liquid when drinking -- this prevents liquid from coming out even when sipping,
