While vacuuming or storing you have to prop the vacuum up to keep it from falling to the ground. Doesn't stand on it own too top heavy. I returned it.

I love this vacuum. We have a dyson and rumba but this one is my favorite. It is so light weight but incredible suction too. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs. We vacuum a lot! The best part if no pet hair gets wrapped around the roller.

Hard to push. If you turn it increases in difficulty pushing it. Poor suction compared to the 6 year old Rocket it replaced. I am totally disappointed in this and have gone back to my old Rocket Stick Vacuum.

My daughter has this vacuum. She is very picky and she loves it. I ordered it on her recommendation. My granddaughter-in-law saw it and that her mother-in-law recommended it and she ordered one on the spot.

I bought this about a month ago. I was looking for a vacuum to keep upstairs. It's top heavy & falls over. The suction is horrible. I should have just bought another dyson to begin with. Now I'm out the $ on this & still have to buy a dyson. Either get something cheaper or upgrade to a better brand. This is not worth the price & I got it on sale.

Easy pick up on hard floors without needing to change attachment heads.Adjusts to carpet and area rugs well. This is my 3rd generation Rocket and I have many special attachments that still fit this one. Missed the head lights that were on the last one.

Great vacuum! Does really well on wood and tile floors. Transitions to area rugs really nicely. Love the no hair wrap brush!! That was the main reason I bought it. It's very agile and easy to maneuver around furniture and such. It gets under couches, chairs, beds, etc really well. The smaller head does great on stairs and in small spaces under cabinets and beside toilets. It's light weight too. It has a decently long cord. My only reason for 4 stars is there is no place to store the attachments on the vacuum and it doesn't stand up on its own. The motor/handle portion detaches and clips down at the base for storage but I haven't figured out a way to stop it from topping over when you need to pause while vacuuming to move something. All in all it's a great vacuum!!

Unlike other reviewers, I am not at all bothered by the top heaviness of this vacuum. Yes, there's a bit of weight to get used to, but having the ease of use when trading the floor attachment for the wand to clean baseboards, cobwebs, window tracks, and any small job is a worthwhile trade off. The feature that keeps hair from winding around the rollers of the floor attachment works wonderfully as well. I almost think I should get a pet because I wouldn't be very worried about all the shedding!!

this is the 2nd shark rocket zero-m vacuum that I have purchased from sams. I love them. I bought the first one to try it and see how I liked it and see if it got to the places my regular vacuum couldn't get to, like under the beds, tables and other things. the best thing is how well it works on wood and tile floors. its amazing! my regular vacuum would just send the things I was trying to pick up sailing somewhere else and I never knew until later where it all went. its also very light and having to lug the big vacuum up the steps and clean the 2nd floor was a challenge along with the stairway, but with the shark its very quick and easy because its so light. like I said I purchased 2 the 2nd on I got is for for summer home. I loved the vacuum so much that as soon as it went back on sale I bought it again.

We had a Shark Rocket that had finally expired. We tried our old canister vac, but it was too cumbersome. We decided on this Shark Rocket. I love the self cleaning brush roll and it has plenty of power. The only draw back that I've found is the cord is shorter than the one we had previously.
