Top heavy and the motor made such a terrible shrill piercing nose that I had to stop using it.

Wonderful, lightweight vacuum. Easy to handle and works great. I would buy this vacuum again.

Works great! Light weight, easy to use, space saver. BUT the cord is entirely too short!

Great vacuum, it is a little heavy for your forearms since all the weight is at the top, but overall good.

Cleans well but has high noise level and exhaust should be away from user and it's not storage friendly. Should have some way to stand or supported.

We had an earlier model of this vacuum and liked it. This new brushroll seems to be self-cleaning as advertised.

Sweeper ok but did not have wall mount, accessory holder, or flexible hose as advertised. The flex hose is really what we miss most

The vacuum itself works really well but for an elderly person there is a lot of weight up top and it wears your shoulder and arm out.
