This was a wonderful staek very tender and great flavor. will buy more when they are back in stock. If you don't like well marbled meat don't buy if you like a juicy flavorful tender staek this is for you. if you like tuff chewy staek thats bright jello red buy your meat a Grocery Outlet if you want tender juicy rich flavor buy some wagyu from Sams you will not be disappointed. Its not cheap but its worth it.

I can see why Joe Rogan doesn't like Wagu. I just remembered I don't buy USDA Prime bc it's too fatty and doesn't taste as good as USDA Choice. I had to try bc the price point and only bc it has OMEGA 3 TO OMEGA 6 RATIO. BUT American Wagy is a BAD INVESTMEN. . .
