THought I was getting a REAL coconut, but when I cracked it open not edible to me. Not sure what it was. The drink itself was pleasant. Kind of expensive for what you get. I wanted to drink and then crack it open and eat the coconut like I used to do as a kid!

It was super fresh and the taste was way better than expected!

The outside top of the coconut was slightly moldy, but you couldn’t see until you opened the package….the mold washed off though, otherwise it was good.

Fresh Coconut

Well, besides the price tag, which is a bit high, I love these coconuts! I grew up in Brazil, where fresh green coconuts could be had almost anywhere. I truly love the coconut water, and the little bamboo straws and pointers to where to poke the shell are handy, too! But the best part is that when I'm done with the delicious water (other coconuts come from Thailand and taste funny), I get to crack open the shell and eat the delicious coconut meat. It's not hard and chewy like the "brown" (mature) coconuts. It's soft and sweet! Love it!
