IT'S THE SMELL FOR ME!!!! Purchased the white ones about a month ago. Have washed them at least 4 times now and they still smell horrible. I've used vinegar, baking soda, fabric softener, you name it, I've tried it and they still smell like garbage. They smell is kinda like how things smell when they've been boxed up for years. I read other reviews about the smell and yep, they were right! I've purchased the same sheets years ago and these are NOT the same feel as the old ones. Not impressed with these at all. I'll stick to the Better Homes and Garden ones from Walmart I guess.😔

Beautiful feeling sheets. They are a little large, but that is fine since they may shrink a little. I have washed them three times and they come out of the dryer with very little wrinkling. I am very happy with the purchase. Wish the pillow cases were sewn on both edges rather than having a "pocket" on one end.

These sheets are made of nice feeling fabric. Not hot or cold. Wash well. Only fault, my set had a few faint spots in one section on the fitted sheet (looks like 3 tiny ink dots ) and a fabric run (one thread) down the flat sheet. If I had noticed prior to washing them I would have returned them for a replacement set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are definitely hotel quality — they were thicker than a lot of sheet sets I have used in my life. They fit the bed well, and are breathable. I enjoyed how comfortable they made the bed and they are thick enough that they should last a long time. My only complaint is that there was a weird smell when I opened them, but after a wash it was all good!

The sheet are fine but they were sent to the wrong address. I ordered them as a Christmas present to my daughter who lives on the east coast while I reside in the mid-west. I put that in as the delivery address as my daughter's but I received the sheets, and it's heavy package. They'll be sitting in my home until the happy day when we can get together again. I'll not repeat this mistake.

I'd love to order more in all colors! I washed them and they've held up good. The fitted sheet is great for my queen bed, fits great on it. 10/10!!

After four years of daily use and weekly washing our first set began to wear a little thin so we had to replace them. There was little debate. One washing or two and these sheets are silky soft. We do have a set of SamsClub sheets with the next-higher thread count and while we like them they are not as soft as these. If we are fortunate enough to be able to wear out these sheets we will likely be back for thirds.

The material is good quality and looks beautiful. The color turned out a bit darker than I expected, but honestly, it makes it look even more stylish and cozy. I'm really happy with it — such a great find!

The sheets smell really bad when they come out of the package. However, once washed the smell goes away. I wasn’t impressed with the feel of the sheets after the first wash, but after the second wash they were like sleeping on a cloud. They are soft, comfortable, smooth, and feel great against my skin. I’ll always buy these because they are so much more luxurious than my previous. The only reason I gave them a 4, is the horrible smell at first and fact it took two washes to make them the softest and most comfortable sheet.

Deeply saddened!!! Bought a pair of these a several years ago in store and only set I have owned with washing them once a week they are just now starting to wear out. They were so soft and silky smooth that I couldn't wait to get in bed by the end of the day. Just ordered four sets online seeing them on sale and I have been patiently awaiting a week for their arrival just to be very very disappointed!!! They smelled so bad of some sort of chemical that I had to wash them twice, open up my windows because the smell is through my whole house and my eyes are burning and have a horrible headache. I have sprayed fabrise lit candles and six hours later it still smells horrible in my house! The white sheets were super soft, but the Fawn Brown were rough….upon washing and drying all sets hey came out terribly wrinkled so bad and all now rough! Unfortunately can no longer return them after washing them. Do not waste money..especially at the full price! Go to Walmart and buy their hotel sheets my mother just bought some and feel Just like the Sam's used to feel. Very unsatisfied with my purchase!!!!!
