It does take some getting used to but once on, you forget about them quickly. Plus, you’re sleeping! I don’t have a lot of leakage but what I do have this product works beautifully. Very durable as they did the job all night long.

I'm glad that I decided to size up because otherwise they would not have fit me. I wear a size 8 and usually wear mediums or smalls, but this large feels like a medium fit. As you can see from the picture, they are extremely high waisted. They stretched all the way up to my breasts. I have to fold the band over in order for them to even feel comfortable. They are absorbent, but the width of the pad inside is so bulky that it makes them uncomfortable to wear. If you're looking to try these, definitely size up. If you can't stand having things high up on your waist, you will need to fold the waistband over. I would not recommend these simply because the size chart is off and the bulkiness is uncomfortable.

Otherwise these do as they claim 12 hour leak proof protection if your struggling with incontinence weather just a bit when coughing or sneezing or a full loss of bladder control I can recommend these they have odor control many different flow options from day time to all night protection . Also I do find these more comfy then the pads that go in regular underwear I don’t like those at all for many reasons they bunch up move around and leak .
