No it is not comfortable. It doesn’t cover my bum in the back. They don’t appear to have a front or back. Unless I missed something. I thought I may have put them on backwards so I turned them around. Nope that didn’t help. Are these supposed to be for bowel accidents as well as urine? If so I’m not confident that they will help much for bowel issues.

Also I don't get that uncomfortable wet feeling after use. As a restless sleeper, I would feel better with interior leg cuffs, although I haven't experienced any problems with leakage. Very discreet and comfortable, good fitting and a nice color.

It took a couple of nights to get used to wearing these verses a bladder leak pad. The absorbant core kept any moisture away from my skin and neutralized any odors. I wear a plus size 22 in pants and the XXL was a good fit.

However it took awhile to get used to the feeling of the night defense underwear. They were not as comfortable as regular panties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall protection of the Overnight Depends Underwear gives you peace of mind knowing there is no leakage, a odor block, band they fit like real underwear. It is however a little stiff and bulky, but I'd rather have that then leakage of urine and the odor and embarrassment.

My only problem was I think I got the wrong size therefore they were a little big. I wear a size 8 or 9 in panties and I got a large, maybe should have requested medium. They kept me dry all night.
