[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was find the first night, but by the third night I begin to be irritated by them, got a rash from them, I don't know if it was because they were made of recycled material, or because they leak. I had to stop using them and go to the doctor for treatment of the rash. I would never use this again, nor recommend it for this reason.

Compared to size L in the fit prior to "YOUR BEST FIT", Size XL has the benefit of coming up higher over the tummy, but is too loose in the rear and around the legs - which could lead to problems..... Also, the little beads inside come out at the back; I suggest that the back panel be more securely attached to prevent this or at least to reduce the likelihood.

Will keep accidents from happening for hours but it doesn't last the whole overnight for me. It averages about 3-4 hours before a leak thru.

I drank a lot of fluids before bed just so I could try them out appropriately during the night. I delibriately did not get up to urinate and went in my brief a couple of times. I am usually just a dribbler, so this was a new experience for me. It was not comfortable for me to be so lazy as to not get out of bed to fo to the bathroom, but I wanted to see how dependable these were. I was quite surprised to find out that they held a large amount of fluid. They held at least two bladderfuls, and probably would have held another. I would recommend these briefs for anyone needing a good absobing brief that pulls up.
