I wore these for small bladder leaks and they held up well. It says 12 hours of protection and I think that is true. I would recommend these to anyone who needs help overnight

They're soft, comfortable, and provide really solid for overnight protection without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. I also like that they stay in place well through the night and fit more discreetly than I expected. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because I wish they were a little bit more breathable, but overall definitely do what they're supposed to do and make nighttime feel way less stressful.

Material is soft, feels more like underwear and no noticable noise like they claim. good cover for the back but the front is pretty narrow. I wasn't a fan of how they fit and I felt that their ability to absorb wasn't great.

They are highly absorbent, not too bulky, feel comfortable for being disposable, no one knows she's wearing them, they hold a TON of moisture for when her water pill decides to go into overdrive, and she doesn't have to worry about smelling like she wet herself. While they are marked for night defense, these could easily be used during the day as well.

These are very different. They are extremely soft to touch and very comfortable to sleep in all night. We got the size extra large and it's very stretchy but did not have any problems absorbing and there was no leak leaking issue. The overnight lasted all night!
