Normally wear size 12. I ordered size 13 and they fit perfectly. My first surprise was how big the soles were (tall and wide). The triangles on the soles are open space completely from side to side so these shoes are reserved for NO MUD & SMALL ROCKS. If you get anything stuck in those holes, good luck getting them cleaned up or cleaned out.

Use this to walk 2 miles everyday. Great support and comfort.
