The Michelin LTX M/S is the best tires I have had on my GMC Truck. The performance in heavy snow was remarkable. Nothing stopped the truck. I rotate tires and check air pressure on a scheduled maintainence and the tire shows no sign of premature wear. I very happy and confident having them on my truck.

I purchased four new LTX M/S tires for our 2003 Honda Pilot in June 2005 to replace the OEM tires after a noisy 48,846 miles. I checked the mileage this morning before writing this review: 158,001 miles, and the tread is still well above the wear bars! Great tires!

This is the second time I've replaced the original tires on a Suburban with your product. I'm amazed how much your tires improve the vehicle. It rides better, performs better and significantly reduced road noise. Add to this long-life your tires deliver, and you have a loyal customer!

I bought this tire a couple of weeks ago and can not believe the difference this tire has made in the performance of my Silverado. It doesn’t feel like the same truck. Ride, steering, tracking in dry, wet and off road conditions is Excellent, with no noticeable noise. This is a very comfortable riding tire for a truck. Highly recommend these tires. The LTX is by far the best tires I have ever owned. My first set of LTX was bought used from A friend I worked with and when I bought the tires they had 50,000 miles on them and still looked new. I put another 100,000 miles on them!!! Thats right I got 150,000 miles out of one set of tires and they still have 1/4 inch deep tread and I'm still using them on and old project truck. The only reason I changed the tires was due to age and some weather cracks on side walls other wise I would still have them on the truck and I'm willing to bet I could get 200,000 miles out of them. Needless to say I purchased a new set of the LTX for the old truck also I brought a set of LTX for my full size van. I have a set of Michelin on my car and as soon as I save up enough money you can bet I will be buying a set of LTX for my other 4x4 truck!! For me the Michelin LTX has made a believer out of me to be the best truck or van tire you can buy!!! This is the best tire on my vehicle! I bought my Volvo XC60 with Continentals on it, they were okay but got very noisy as they aged. While most tires do get louder with age, I got fed up and replaced them with Michelins that were supposedly specifically for Crossover vehicles. Those were quiet and comfortable but didn't last but 3 years. Now replacement time came again, and I really didn't like the choices for decent 'Crossover' tires especially for the prices and wear factor. Then I remembered back when I had my Land Rovers they both had the LTX tires. Those wore like iron, great traction in any weather, and never had vibration issues. I was delighted to see these were available for the Volvo. Now living in Florida I really had no concern about traction in the snow but, wet weather (we get some heavy rains) between the all wheel drive and these tires wet roads were almost as if they were dry. Handling was every bit as good as it ever was. I knew due to the blocky tread design they weren't going to be quiet, but to my surprise there was only a slight hum, and with the unibody construction of the Volvo noise transfer is very much a part of life. After having driven this for over a year with these tires, I wish I had put these on years ago. I'm sure these tires will outlast my ownership of the vehicle.

I shopped around a variety of tires for my Ford F150. After looking a lot of different brands and styles, decided I like the Michelin LTX best of all. The tire handles extremely well in rain or snow. Grips the road well. especially on turns. I feel very confident when I am on the road with this tire. One of the better tires I have come across in my years in the car repair business.

For my last six vehicles I’ve bought Michilens when it came time to replace originals. Nice ride and good handling. These are the same in that respect. However the mileage dropped immediately and consistently from the original tires. I am averaging 15% to 20% LOWER gas mileage since I had these put on. All that great tread is going to give me is several thousand more miles of less than optimal gas economy.

I have owned a 2005 Jeep Wrangler for the past five years, and I spent the first three years of that ownership living with what has been described in many online articles as the "Death Warble." The Death Warble would occur at almost anytime when the vehicle was making a slight turn and then encountered a sharp bump in the road, when traveling between 55 to 65 MPH. The front end of the vehicle would begin to shake violently, and begin loosing control. The only way to stop the shaking was to instantly slow the vehicle to 40 MPH, or flatten the accelerator to the floor. Neither option was popular with fellow drivers or the law enforcement community. So I repeatedly took the vehicle which had only 21,000 miles at the first occurrence back to the dealer, who suggested an extended warrantee, since I had purchased the vehicle used. I had the tires rotated, balanced, and the car aligned, all to no avail. I simply lived with the problem for another two years, until I just couldn't stand it any longer. Finally, at around 60,000 miles I decided it was time for new tires. I purchased four new Michelin LTX-MS tires after hours of online research for tires with a stiff sidewall, which I suspected might be the cause of my problem. I have now logged 30,000 miles on my new Michelins, and I have never once experienced the Death Warble again! Not only that, but I can now actually drive my Jeep comfortably on long trips due to the improvement in ride quality, and I'm getting better gas milage! What more can I say, except, "Well Done Michelin." You may have saved my live, and you most certainly improved the quality of it.

I am using on a Mercedes ML 320 CDI This is all wheel drive and they are not wearing smooth,I think I will go to the Lattude type next. I believe I bought the wrong tire for the vechicle. I thought they were the quiest tires ever until the first rotation and then they begin to roar and wear uneven, they are good tires but I think they are more for a truck.
