I am running the MS2's on a Tacoma 4x4. Purchased last January ... I have had a chance to test them in nearly every type of weather from CA to NM and have never been disappointed. These tires provide even consistent traction in both wet and snow. And they are also reasonably quiet at freeway speeds. As an overall all-season tire with a now ... 70,000 mile warranty ... they are a GREAT choice.

I have these tires on my 4Runner and they are a great tire. I have driven on them on the highway, in torrential rains and 10 inches of snow all in a six month period. These tires have great traction and give a safe feeling of the road. Michelin is the preferred brand I pick to ride on.

After my first few years of driving, I purchased my first set of MICHELINS. Although the ride and longevity impressed me, I did succumb to competitors on two occasions. Price was a factor. For my last several vehicles, I've stuck with a company that, to me, has proven engineering excellence and loyalty to improvement. When I'm on the highway with my family of 7, in rain snow or ice, the last thing on my mind are my LTX MS/2. And for that, while you are competively priced, money is No object. I bought these to replace some aging A/T tires (different brand) on my full-sized van. The old tires had been great, but did not have the tread depth to survive another Michigan winter. The reviews looked good on the MS2 tires, and they came highly recommended. I have had Michelin tires on other cars, and know to trust the name. The pros: 1. The MS2 is a highway tire, and much quieter than the A/T tires that I had previously. 2. The tread pattern is deep, and the siping provides excellent traction in snowy/icy conditions. Overall, I'm very impressed with the traction. Straight-line braking is good. 3. The ride around town is comfortable. The cons: 1. Even when properly inflated, these tires do not provide good handling at highway speeds. The old tires that I had previously gave a much more crisp steering response. My vehicle is very large, and I don't expect it to corner like a sports car, but the MS2's make me feel like I'm piloting a large boat, when compared with the ride and handling with my old tires. There are significant delays in steering response, and "wallow" in the back end of the van, even under gentle cornering and lane changes on dry roads. I have to anticipate curves on the highway and turn into them earlier than before in order to maintain good lane position. Even when not towing a trailer, cross-winds can be a bit scary, whereas with the previous tires I had, wind gusts were just a minor annoyance. 2. My fuel economy has been down since I had these tires put on. I can't say for sure that it's due to the tires, and it's only down by 1-2mpg, but that is a significant percentage when the overall fuel economy average for this large vehicle is less than 15mpg. Conclusion: If I had known about the 30-day satisfaction guarantee on these tires, I would have chosen to swap them for a different brand. I'm not an expert, but my guess is that the sidewalls are just not stiff enough to provide confident handling on the highway.

I purchased these tires 1 year ago and have put 30,000+ miles on them. They look brand new, very even treadwear. These tires are fantastic in the rain with great stopping power and road handling. They also are extremely smooth and exceptionally quite with great rolling ability. Michelin definitely has a winner with this tire!

Driving on these tires are like driving on a cloud. I was hesitant about spending the extra money but the old saying you get what you pay for. my Tahoe was sounding like it was 20 years old with the other tires on. now this Tahoe rides like no other. it handles excellent in rain and snow. Did I forget to mention it is my wife's Tahoe and BTW she loves me again.

This is my third set of Michelin LTX M/X tires that I have used on my Ford Expedition. The average life span of the tires for me has been around 70,000 miles easily. After buying the LTX M/S for my Ford the first time, they have always been my "go-to" tire. They drive exceptionally smooth on the highway and can easily handle mud, snow, dirt roads, and light off road conditions. Michelin is always my first brand recommendation to others.

Many years ago, I bought a used SAAB 900, which came with Michelin tires. They were the best tires I have ever owned, until now. I just bought these tires for a Hybrid SUV. I have owned many different cars and many different brands of tires. I chose Michelin because of their reputation for quality, which is well deserved. I am so pleased with the purchase. The tires are very grippy in both dry and wet conditions, work well in snow, wear well, have a 70,000 mile warranty, smooth ride and have a low rolling resistance, which has had a big impact on increasing my mileage per gallon of fuel. However, the very best attribute these tires have, is how quiet they are. Most importantly, when my wife and I are driving around, with our two little kids in our vehicle, we feel safe. I have trust in Michelin, and I can't put a price value on that. Michelin is known for their attention to using the highest quality materials and manufacturing processes. These tires are better than the OEM tires which came with the vehicle. I wonder why Michelin does not provide more OEM tires for American cars? You will find tires which are cheaper than this, but you will lose out on quality by buying another brand. Once you drive on Michelin tires, you will never want to buy a different brand. Quality tires are so important for safety. I want to say thank you to the Michelin Man for providing such fantastic performing, quiet, durable and safe tires for me and my family.

I have been using Michelin tires for a number of years now due to their realibility. I've used them on light sedan vehicles and at the present a light duty truck which has over 260,000 miles on it. The wear is exceptional (had the last set for over 95,000 miles and they were only rated to 65,000 miles, a friend wanted them because there was still a tremendous amount of tread left on them). I drive the Interstates most of the time and am impressed with their exceptional handling ability. The light sedan was used for transporting my children where safety was a large issue for me. I had been "talked" into a different tire during one of the tire rotations on the sedan and within just a few hundred miles regretted it. I will only ever buy Michelin tires from now on and continue to spread the word about their realibility, safety, and handling ability. Thank you for an excellent product.

When searching for replacement tires for my F150, I kept foinding myslef going back to a brand I have trusted for over 30 years. I expect a great quality tire and each set I buy confirms this. They ride very well, fuel economy went up, but not enough to wave a banner. During high speed highway drivign of 75 mph, they are smooth and give me a real sense of safety.
