Worth Every Penny

I bought these tires for my 2000 Ford Excursion back in August 2013. Unbelievable difference the minute I got behind the wheel with these m/s2's, ride quality, braking, and winter/rain driving all improved dramatically. Would highly recommend this tire, not cheap but worth every penny. I waited to do this review to judge Wear-Life and I am more than impressed with that aspect of the tire. This past Michigan winter has been a true testament to the capability of these tires in poor weather.

Great all weather tire

These tires have been on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee since December of 2012 so they have been through a winter and most of this summer. I have found that the tires have excellent all weather traction, they are excellent on packed snow and ice and wet roads but are not great in deeper snow. I have also used them on "gumbo" (slick wet clay) back roads and found that they were OK, but as in deep snow, not quite aggressive enough. I give the tires very high marks for standard black top driving, both winter and summer. They are quieter than the original tires that came with the car.

Incredable Tire

I ran the LTX M/S on my 2001 F150, I went through 3 sets of tires averaging 130000 miles per set, the truck had 526000 miles on it when I replaced it and the last set still had serviceable tread. I now have a 2014 f150 and replaced the factory skins with LTX at 54000, i'm looking forward to 100k plus miles on them on this truck as well. Traction was great in rain or snow, no noise and a comfortable ride.

Won't buy any other tire brand now

Over 80k on my heavy Suburban. I've learned you can pay less for tires, but they will not cost you less. I have never been disappointed with Michelin automobile tires. Great ride, great wear life. I have always gotten at least as much as the mileage ratings.

My daughter recently ...

My daughter recently started college in Washington D.C. and I knew I was going to be driving frequently between Atlanta and D.C. I bought the Latitude MS/2 on the recommendation of my mechanic and have been thrilled with the ride...smooth and confident... even in a 4Runner. The tire wear has been great and with at least 12,000 miles, there isn't any appreciable wear to the tread...remarkable and much better than the tires that came as original equipment on the vehicle.

Excellent, so far

We purchased 2 sets of these for 2 Trailblazers replacing another tire brand. These tires are quiet, exellent in the rain, very good in snow. We have about 10,000 miles on one set and about 20,000 miles on the other, and treadwear appears to be excellent, meaning, not much wear. I have had tires in the past get noisier with time, but these are still quiet. I prefer Michelin because of performance over long mileage.

Outstanding Overall Tire

I have 60000 miles on these tires . Quite sure they'll go to 90000. We've driven extensively throughout North America. Rain slick roads in Mexico. Extreme heat of South Texas. Snow packed roads of Colorado. Excellent traction in all conditions! This in a 2WD Tahoe. Taxas has toll roads with speed limits of 85 mph. Smooth and quiet. Great tires that will last a long time!!!

great tire at a good value

I rely on my truck to get me where I need to go every day. The michelin LTX M/S2 is a high quality tire that I have confidence in. I needed an all season tire with good traction, quiet operation, and great handling, along with an excellent wear rating. I got all this in a great looking tire. Of course there are cheaper tires on the market, but buying this tire is money well spent.

Very satisfied with LTX M/S2 tires

I have owned Michelin tires for decades. I have owned three Ford E150 vans. My latest has a 3/4 ton suspension. It rides like a rock and can slide on any slick surfaces. The newest LTX M/S2 tires are formulated to be a little softer and the grip is better. That's what I wanted and that's what I received.

A real goood ride

I put these tires on my F150 pickup truck. I like the quiet noise free ride I get with them. They appear to be wearing very well and provide a comfortable ride. My previous tires were noisy on the road and that was one of my requirements for these tires and they have performed very well. Thank You.
