This is by far one of the best tires I have ever ridden on. I have not tested it off road, but I have driven it in the snow. This tire gets excellent wet traction, snow traction, and dry traction. This is a very quiet tire and very comfortable ride. I don't know anyone could go wrong with this one unless you are off road all the time.

The tires do not do well in the gas mileages category I lost about 2.5 mpg on average. I must say I found them to be excellent in the snow, over all for the money I can't say I would recommend them for year around use. Mileage ware clams are yet to be determined as they have only about 5k on the set

I have been a Michelin customer for years. Most recent purchase were LX M/S2's for my sons truck. They outperform anything else we have put on our vehicles. They are used for a lot of in town driving as well as highway miles and the ride is always nice and smooth. We used to put on the least expensive tires but always had to replace them way before their warranty as they did not wear well and did not have a smooth drive - but not with Michelin. I have Michelin Defenders on my minivan as well and when they are ready for replacement (which will not be for a long time due to being a quality tire), I will once again choose Michelin. I'm pretty new to Michelin, having bought my first set a few months ago for my 2001 GMC Jimmy. I've since added a set of these tires to my 2004 GMC Sierra 4wd pickup. So, I guess that says that I like what I'm seeing from the tires. I've always had a good impression of Michelin and now, thus far, I can say they definitely give a nice ride. Haven't had the occasion to drive in snow because we don't get that much. Also, I'm not going off-road, just doing town and highway driving. So, I cannot address how these LTX M/S2 tires would perform off-road. Frankly, if I used my pickup as a farm vehicle or for camping, I might be more inclined to get Michelin's all-terrain version. But, for now, let me say that I am pleased with both sets of tires and I'm hoping that I will get great mileage from them. They are, admittedly, a bit more expensive than other brands that I looked at. But, if their durability and mileage give me excellent performance, it will be worth the extra. I am confident in recommending these tires.

I know little about vehicle servicing and even less about tires. When told on a routine service that I would need new tires before my upcoming inspection, I turned to the online sites I've come to respect for no-nonsense advice for people like me. I found that Michelin were highly rated by both experts and purchasers. I then learned that the OEM tires for my particular vehicle were Michelin (not what was on the vehicle by the time I purchased it). And finally I learned that, contrary to expectation, Michelin were reasonably priced. I found Michelins that fit my vehicle and matched my driving habits/weather: the LTX M/S2. I then read online reviews about this particular tire. Confident, I bought them. I've now been driving on them for four months and can honestly say that I notice the difference in the sound and handling of the vehicle (especially in the rain). I would highly recommend these tires to anyone who's looking to check all the boxes of quality, performance and affordability.

I've got a ram 2500 quad cab pick up and it came with the ltx AS which I had two sets of those and they were great. It took a long time for Michelin to make the LTX MS2 in the ram size, but they finally did. I have had the LTX MS on my other vehicle and they were great. I am slightly dissapointed in these because they are already showing wear on the outside edge of the rear tires. They have been rotated and balanced every 6,000 and properly inflated. Im not sure why this is happening. Again I have bought at least 4 sets of these for my other vehicles and been absolutely satisfied with them.

I purchased these tires for my 2010 Ford F-150 4x2 when it had 107,000 miles. I use the truck for hauling, some towing, commuting, and road trips. I perform all my own maintenance. I monitor the pressures and wear patterns, but only rotated them about every 15,000 miles. I could not be more pleased with the overall performance of these tires. They ride great, handle well, great all-season traction, and best of all--the treadlife has been outstanding! My truck now has 204,000 miles on the odometer. By the time I replace the tires again this fall, they will have lasted 100,000 miles. How much more could you ask from a set of tires?

I had the LTX M/S on my 99 Tahoe and I loved them. Great tires in all weather. We recently had to replace the tires on my 2008 Yukon Hybrid and I went with the LTX M/S2. So far they have been great tires and I have not noticed any fuel milage loss compaired to the tires that came with the Hybrid when it was new. I would say these are the best Light Truck tires on the market today!

2005 Navigator is sensitive to wheel shake. This large size (275/18) was very difficult to road force match balance to get the shakes out. Not as quiet as the Cross Terrain that they replaced (those are no longer made in these larger sizes). So actually no other premium type tire fits my needs for this vehicle, which is still primary family vehicle. dry and wet handling excellent. (snow not available yet).

I could not be more happy with my Michelin tires! They do everything that a tire is supposed to do and more. I get a comfortable and smooth ride every time in all types of driving conditions and excellent all-weather traction. They handle and corner perfectly. What is there not to like about these tires? This is my first set of Michelin tires. As far as I am concerned, I will purchase Michelin tires and Michelin tires only! No doubt, you get what you pay for when you purchase tires. Michelin tires are worth every red cent! Buy a set of Michelin tires today! I guarantee you will NOT be dissapointed!
