I will buy these again

I bought these for my Travel Trailer in load range E after reading countless stories of failures of ST tires causing major damage when tread separation occurs . I now have peace of mind when on the road that my tires will not be a problem . Thanks Michelin

Great road tire

Second set of tires on my full size pick-up. Need a tire that wears well and works well in snow. The LTX M/S2 keep me going through Wisconsin winters. The tire grips the road well in any road condition. This tire wears even and has good tread left after over 50,000 miles. Very little tire noise. Have no complaints about this tire. Wouldn't hesitate to by another set.

I would highly recommend this tire

Due to some disappointments with another brand of tires some years ago I decided to give Michelin a try. We have been so satisfied with their performance, ride and durability that we now buy nothing but Michelins for all of our cars and trucks. Most recently I purchased 4 265x16 load range E M/S 2's for our 3/4 ton GMC. I now have about 10,000 miles on them. This includes highway, around town and towing our 7,000lb. boat. The handling is superb (no drift), the tires are very quiet and seem to be wearing very well. I would highly recommend the Michelin brand to anyone looking for a very high quality tire.

LTX M/S2 for Nissan Pathfinder

I purchased the tires for my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. I didn't want to go with the OEM tire again so based on ratings and reviews for all the different tires I went with the Michelin's. Couldn't have made a better decision. My Pathfinder has never driven so smooth or quite. And they look great too! Cant' wait to see how they handle in the winter. The tire company tried to sell me every other tire for my SUV but I held firm and had them order the ones I wanted. He even told me this would not be in the top 10 tires he would put on his own SUV. Then a couple weeks later I had to go back to the same store for my husbands car (he ordered the Michelin Defenders) and when I told the same salesman I loved my new tires his exact words were, "I KNEW you would like them"....huh??? So bottom line, go with what YOU want. The LTX M/S2 tires are a great choice!!

Second pair for my Silverado

Just bought my second set of LTX M/S tires for my 2002 Silverado. When I replaced the original equipment tires I tried other brands at a lower cost and was never satisfied. I drive a lot of highway miles and and some gravel roads and got 110,000 miles out of the first set. These are the best tires I've ever owned and highly recommend paying the extra price.

Great overall tire for summer or winter

I have had these tires on my F-150 for over 30,000 miles and I have had no complaints at any time. I live in upstate NY where we get 150+ inches of snowfall during the winter. I have never felt like I could not go out and get done whatever I needed whenever I needed. The previous OEM tires were lousy in rain, snow, or even dry conditions. I will admit the tires are pricy, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. My wife's Yukon XL is due for tires this fall and I will be purchasing the same type for her vehicle.

Tires that last

I've had my current truck now for almost 9 years. Shortly after buying the truck I had to buy tires. This was my 2nd purchase of Michelin tires. My first set of tires came when I married my wife...her truck had Michelin tires. After driving for 3 years with them (2 years before I met her) we had over 100,000 miles on our first set of Michelin's. We replaced the Michelins with a set of truck tires that only lasted around 40,000 miles. Then again another different set of tires, and these only lasted less then 40,000 miles. After that, we decided to buy Michelin's for the truck. I put over 80,000 miles and finally had to buy my current set. I always rotate my tires so that I get the most wear out of them...but these tires last so much longer than the other competitors.

Outstanding Tires

I replaced the "OEM" size Michelin LTX M/S tires with Load Range "E" versions because the "big rim" look resulted curbs destroying my rims, and these tires last a good long time. I have been putting Michelin's on my Ford trucks for over 15 years and will continue to do so probably forever, largely because of the enhanced safety we have observed through better braking and improved inclement weather handling. Yes, they cost more, but I am a firm believer in "buy once, cry once" and keeping yourself -- and those you love -- safe.

I put the LTX M/S2 on my ...

I put the LTX M/S2 on my ford f150. That was the best thing I could have done. The tire did more than what i was expecting and the ride was unbelievable. I highly recommend this tire to anyone that is looking a good set of tires. I dont have anything negative to say about the Michelin Tire. My mother and father are putting tires on both of their vehicles. If and when I wear them out I will be going back to the same tire.

Great Tires

I purchased the LTX tires to replace the Michelin Cross Terrain tires I had on my 2008 Toyota 4-Runner. I was somewhat disappointed in the way the Cross Terrains had worn down after less than 50K miles given their 65K warranty. I have had excellent luck with the LTX going back almost 20 years with my 1992 Toyota pickup. As soon as I left the dealers lot and pulled into the street, the difference was amazing. The road noise with the LTX was almost non existent. Road feel, handling and breaking all feel different - but in a good way. The 4-runner feels more stable on the road. I would highly recommend them.
