We received all pieces as described in well protected packaging. The quality of the items is great and fit well in my garage. Living the look. I would only have one negative. The instructions are not at all clear and could be reviewed.

I initially bought 2 4x8 wall mounted shelves. Liked them so much I bought 4 more. They look great and perform as expected. I have not put anything close to the 600 lb max on them, but they feel very sturdy with what I do have on them.

Quality is great have not been able to hang them due to all the bad weather and very busy at work, going to warm up this week should be able to get them up and load them up.

The product is really nice, very sturdy and functional, it is exactly what we needed. The only reason why im not rating it 5 stars is because of the instructions to assemble it. They are very confusing specially if you are using concrete anchors.

little difficult to install because studs slightly off in home and shelving system doesn't allow for enough variance in stud spacing. there should be the ability to move railing along support brackets.

We were really pleased with the quality of the product and fairly fast delivery considering today supply issues. What we did not like was the poor return of phone calls regarding the installation. Took over a week just for a return call.

Awesome product! Holds a ton of weight and gets my storage bins off the floor. Clean look and easy assembly. I have use these in 3 of my houses and they always look sharp and professional.

These shelves are so well built. They fit over the garage doors and open a new area of storage never available until now. They arrived very well packed and in just a few days. I may buy more if I need the space.

The product is not easy to install and requires studs to be exactly placed in the walls at 4' and 8'. I did not have any areas that worked well for the shelving installation because of this.

Another outstanding product from New Age. I have a large garage filled with New Age Pro Series cabinets and workbenches. I am a very satisfied customer. The only thing better than their products is their Customer Service.
