Little more difficult to install than expected. Only complaint I have is that there aren't multiple hole patterns that allow for side-to-side adjustment of mounting position. Wanted to mount it in a corner but due to studs position I wasn't able to. Would still purchase this shelf 10x over. Looks great and functions wonderfully.

It would be nice to have the mounting brackets to be more flexible in terms of its spacing. This product is 8 ft long and mounting points are fixed at 0", 48" and 96" which can be tricky for most homes. Having a back plate that can be mounted first, which then brackets attaches to would be great (same for the eye bracket as well).

It's a solid product. well built and looks like it can withstand a lot. My only gripe is that because the top mounting brackets are attached via steel wire, the platform itself is not fixed solid in place, which means I cannot put a ladder up against it and it can move upward when pushed from below. otherwise the grates and lip are nice to prevent things from sliding off. Also because I wall mounted, it is hard to access this shelf from the side. I wish I had ceiling mounted so I could pick things off when standing to the side of the unit, not only from the front.

I love these shelf’s. I they are super strong, match my cabinets and are super easy to install. I like the fact they come in different lengths and colors. They are shipped quickly and they are packaged so they don’t get damaged. Instructions are super easy to follow

I bought the 4x8 and 2x8 shelves in white as part of a garage rehab project I took on. These shelves are super sturdy, fairly easy to install and provide a lot of storage that is up and away. The pro tip I would offer is to ensure your studs are very close to 16 on center where you intend to install the shelves. Mine were slightly off and it made it a bit more tricky. In hindsight I would have chosen a better spot in my garage that wasn’t as far out of tolerance. Overall, I highly recommend these shelves and with proper planning, the install should be very straightforward.

We found the instructions hard to follow in putting this together - check out some videos rather than just following the instructions. The design should accommodate more variation in stud placement - as our studs sometimes hit between the two spots on the bracket. Once up very well-built and good looking. The 2nd one went MUCH faster.

We bought this for our new home in FL. We absolutely love them. My husband did his homework and double checked everything before ordering. All the cabinets and accessories we packed extremely well. We had no dents or scratches. It definitely takes 2 people to put these together but once you get into a routine, it wasn’t a problem. We absolutely love everything we purchased. The highest in quality and durablity.

Purchased two 2'x8' wall shelves for the garage. Installed the first one with the wife, 2 hours to install, and the second one, solo installed in under an hour. If you have the right tools, then it's easy to assemble. Suggestion: impact drill with socket bit for lag bolts and magnetic pistol level to get your level line in place. The product was well packaged. They appear to have put some thought into the process as it truly was well done. The product itself, flawless with solid weld joints and consistent powder coating. Could not find a complaint if I went looking for one. Each box was about 50 lbs and was 2'x4'x6". West coast delivery. Shipping came through UPS and took about 5 days from once the order was placed. Delivery actually came one day earlier than tracking indicated. If I had more money to spend, I'd have bought one more. Really good product!

I bought three of these for my garage. 2 out of the 3 ended up breaking screws when I was tightening them. I must add I used a socket wrench and tightened everything by hand. I did not want to make imprints on my drywall if I were to move them. Point being, I was not torquing down at all. The hardware is cheap. Definitely disappointed.

We had bought a cabinet from New Age and we were very pleased with the quality of the cabinet so I ventured out and bought this combined package of the two shelves. The 4 by 8 and 2 by 8 shelf package worked wonderfully for our garage was able to put them both up the 2 by 8 on the sidewall and the 4 by 8 up in the front where we have a slight indentation it fit perfectly gives us lots of storage and it's such a clean look I'm very pleased.
