I asked for tires with a smooth ride, and they delivered a quiet smooth ride.

REVIEW

Tire service knowingly installed the wrong tire, Michelin Primacy TOUR instead of Michelin Primacy A/S. I was not asked because “it doesn’t make a big difference”. Ford dealership and Michelin disagree. Now I pay again to install the correct tire. USD 261.07 loss for me.

Wrong model tire installed

Although I was pushing it at the end, my OEM Primacy Tour A/S tires got me to 77,600 miles!  I also changed my brakes, OEM too, if that shows you a little into my driving style.  The style fits the design of my Genesis G70 Prestige 2.0 AWD perfectly, and the road noise has gone away once again.
