The pepper jack makes these so good

Love the taste. Has just enough kick to it without being overtly spicy. No hard pieces or weird textures like some Other brands can have.

I've tried Czech smoked sausage from all over Texas and this is one of my favorites. Slovacek's in Snook, Texas really knows how to make a good smoked sausage. The Garlic Pepper Jack is seasoned just right and it doesn't have too much fat.
