Mounted a set on my 997 when the factory PS2s had gotten a few punctures. These tires feel like they were designed with high performance cars in mind. Grip is great and the ride quality is also very good. I wouldn't hesitate to track these tires and yet I feel totally confident on the road even in the wet.

Bought a full set around 9 months ago. I have 15 mile roundtrip commute 4 days a week and have only been out of town twice (less then 600 miles total). My rear tires have lost ALL there tread down to the wire. My mechanic looked over my vehicle for any mechanical issues that could have caused this and there are none. The tires look like a teenager has been peeling out/ burning rubber with them. I had them replaced with a completely different brand of tires. I am very disappointed, especially since my Michelin tires that I had before lasted me 3 years!

Purchased Pilot Super sports about 500 miles ago for my Cayman. Replaced PS2s. Handling and braking is excellent, ride seems a little smother. But than again my old tires were 6 years old and rubber probably hardened up by now. Very happy with my selection.

Last year, I replaced the OEM tires on my Mercedes-Benz AMG with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I use the car mainly on the highway for long trips and seek out winding mountain roads. With the Super Sports, the turn-in is better, corning grip is better, they are as quiet or quieter, the ride is better and they have lasted 40% longer with the same kind of use. Plus, they are less expensive than the OEM brand. Great tires and excellent value!

Great dry grip, excellent rain handling, GRADUAL breakaway cornering, braking is controlled, better cold weather grip. Before the Super Sports the rear would instantly break loose, not now I can even use some throttle. Honestly Michelin just makes a better all around high performance tire. I have 7 months of driving, 5000 city and 3000 highway for a total of 8000 miles on them. There's still over half the tread on the rears, that's good if your not familiar. I've owned the F1-GS, GS-D3; Supercar, G2; Pilot PS, PS2, and Super Sport. Supercar, G2, and Super sport on Z06 only. It would be surprising if you regretted buying these.

Before buying I did lots of research and it was nearly unanimous that the Michelin Pilot Super Sport is the absolute best wet and dry performance tires you can get for my car (Honda S2000). If you have a nice sports car that might see wet road conditions, this is the one for you.While a softer Extreme Summer Performance (ESP) tire is a bit better in dry conditions, this tire will give you superior wet grip. Plus, it'll have more life than an ESP tire. I've been very happy with this tire and hope they'll give me many miles of life.

best tire ever amazing grip, amazing conering grip ,very quiet and they're comfortable.by far the best tire I have ever bought. I currently have H&R coil over kit installed on 2011 Acura Tsx I -4. Best combination ever. The car can corner now better than 03 evo 8 stock.

I wore my previous tire down to the cord on the inside edge of both tires. Bad camber maybe? They were 265/40/18 and I moved to the Michelin Super Sport 265/35/18 and the ride and grip is amazing. It is totally stable and it grabs hard when I accelerate through a tight corner. It just won't slide on me anymore. My 11 year old Porsche feels like it did the day I bought it! Kudos Michelin! These tires were absolutley phenominal. I put a set on my 2001 Honda S2000 that I used as a daily driver and it was the largest transformation my car had. Great traction in dry and wet conditions, deffinitley out-performed the star-spec's I had previously, in all categories. Although I only had the tires for about 2 weeks because I got into an accident which shredded the tires, I will be purchasing another set for my new vehicle! Excelent job Michelin, praises to the research and development teams in making this tire. Appreciate it.

I am extremely glad that I read other people's reviews before I bought a set of tires. Michelin Pilot Super Sport came on top on many websites by consumers, so I decided to give them a try. The best way to notice the difference is to have a set of cheap tires on your car and replace them with premium set like these. Exactly what happened to me. EVERYTHING improved, from handling to braking to cornering. But what really impressed me was how sticky they are, never had a thought that I could lose control of the vehicle in any corner (no matter how fast). They are a bit nosier but hey... you can't have everything. I love my new set of Michelins and would definitely buy another set.
