POOR ASSEMBLY!!!!

Received bag for our our 2 HBCU household. Both bag's handles were attached upside down! How can you mess up both bags!! Frustrated!!! Will definitely return.

Hi Yolo, good news- there is no product defect on this bag when the straps are down. It's an easy fix!
